(Clearwisdom.net) In order to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the peaceful April 25 appeal in Beijing, some Falun Gong practitioners from the San Francisco area conducted an anti-torture exhibition and candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco on April 24, 2005. Practitioners called upon people from all walks of life to send out voices of justice and work together to stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist Party.

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Lu Hui, an employee of the San Francisco Water Conservancy Bureau stated, "In April six years ago, in Tianjin, China, Falun Gong practitioners were unreasonably beaten, driven away (from where they held peaceful appeal) and even arrested and detained. After the incident took place, out of their trust in the government, about 10,000 Falun Gong practitioners went to the Appeal Office of the State Council in Beijing to report what had happened in Tianjin in hopes that the government could properly resolve the incident. At the same time, practitioners requested assurances for their freedom of belief and freedom to practice the Falun Gong exercises. These are in fact the fundamental rights that people should enjoy.

Mr. Lu continued, "Over the past six years, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Jiang Zemin have exhausted all kinds of brutal measures to suppress Falun Gong. Falun Gong practitioners have persistently utilized peaceful and rational means to clarify the truth to people from all walks of life. Numerous people expressed their support of Falun Gong after they learned the facts. Many people with predestined relationship started practicing the cultivation of Falun Gong after they learned about the real situation of Falun Gong."

Mr. Lu pointed out, "The Chinese Communist regime's deceit and lies have poisoned the minds of lots of people inside and outside China. Consequently, people do not know what Falun Gong is really about. The 'Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party' profoundly exposed the evil nature of CCP and allowed more and more people to wake up." Mr. Lu said, "Yesterday in Manhattan, several thousand people from around the world and held a rally and parade to expose the CCP's atrocities, to celebrate that one million people awakened and withdrew from the communist organizations, and to call upon people to work together to end the atrocities."

"In the past two days, activities similar to the rally held in New York are being simultaneously conducted in different places around the world including Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Europe. This shows that the righteous force has become more and more powerful and condensed. This is the reason why so many of the world's people are sending out their voices of justice," said Mr. Lu.

Mr. Lu believe that the evil factors will soon be disintegrated. He called upon those who are still exerting their utmost for the wicked party to wake up and escape disaster at the last moment. He called on them to repent and be saved rather than being buried with the vicious party.
