Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Chen Huixuan Tortured to Death

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Cheng Huixuan was 57 years old. She firmly cultivated Falun Dafa and was arrested by the police many times. She was abducted and sentenced to three years forced labor at the Wanjia Labor Camp. After being tortured both mentally and physically, she died on March 21, 2005

In January 2001, Ms. Chen Huixuan was arrested when doing Falun Dafa exercises and held in the Harbin City Second Detention Center. She escaped with the help of righteous thoughts.

At the beginning of 2002, she was arrested again when clarifying the truth. She was held in many different detention centers, went on a hunger strike to protest, and was tortured with forced feeding, which damaged her esophagus. She could not eat and had blood in her urine. She had no environment to study the Fa or practice the exercises, and her diabetes reoccurred. Police had to let her family take her home. With a damaged esophagus, she could not eat solid food for six months, was bedridden, and could not take care of herself. She recovered gradually after studying the Fa and doing the Falun Dafa exercises.

One day in 2002, Ms. Chen was cooking a meal at home when the police abducted her and took her to the substation, detained her, and had her sentenced to three years forced labor. She served her term at the Wanjia Labor Camp.

In the camp, Ms. Chen was tortured with the "big hang up" (1) and beatings, denied sleep, and forced to perform heavy labor for over ten hours daily. She was coerced to write the three statements, answer slanderous questionnaires, and go through brainwashing sessions. She endured enormous mental and physical torture. When her whole body was swollen and symptoms of severe diabetes appeared, she was released back home. Her condition continued to deteriorate, and she died at 5 a.m. on March 21, 2005.
