Get Rid of Our Own Obstacles - Sharing With Practitioners Who Have Not Yet Stepped Out

(Clearwisdom.net) Based on what Master has said, Dafa practitioners are widely clarifying the truth about the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to the people of the world and helping to save those who have been poisoned by it's culture and the evil communist specter. The practitioners in Mainland China particularly are using all kinds of methods and every opportunity to clarify the truth with wisdom. It has increasingly made deeply poisoned members of the CCP and ordinary civilians realize the evil nature of the CCP and voluntarily quit all CCP-related organizations. The overall situation keeps getting better. However, because of human thoughts and notions, some practitioners are still reluctant to act or act slowly to quit the CCP organizations. This has delayed the Fa rectification process. Therefore, getting rid of obstacles in practitioners' own minds has become the foremost step in helping Master rectify the Fa and save sentient beings.

Through studying Master's lectures and articles on the Minghui website (the Chinese version of Clearwisdom) and sharing with practitioners, I personally believe that there are three major obstacles for some practitioners:

Exposing the CCP's evil nature, letting the world's people know the truth about the CCP and quitting all CCP related organizations will affect one's mindset and personal vested interests and are related to one's future. As a result, it is difficult to clarify the truth to some people. Facing this situation, some practitioners fear difficulties. Because the CCP has controlled the Chinese people for more than 50 years and has profoundly influenced how they think and behave, some people think that it will be really difficult for them to change. Since most of today's Chinese people have participated in some CCP-related organization and China is still under the CCP control, to ask them to quit the "Communist Party," the "Communist Youth League" and the "Young Pioneers" is like asking them to quit their jobs. Therefore, those practitioners do not know how to proceed and fear the difficulties that block their way.

In fact, practitioners should not have such thoughts. They view the Fa rectification and cultivation with human notions instead of righteous thoughts and are therefore perplexed by delusions in the human world. First, we need to trust Master and the Fa. With Master's Fa rectification at this stage, as practitioners, what is left is to do things well. Since we all have realized that the old forces are just using the CCP to interfere with Master's Fa rectification, it is doomed to be eradicated. Why are we afraid when it is time to get rid of fear? Isn't Master providing practitioners with opportunities to establish their mighty virtue and reach consummation? Of course, the old forces' remaining dark minions, rotten demons and communist evil spirit are becoming more and more outrageous when nearing elimination. They want to control people by any means. However, this is temporary, and it is their struggle before death.

From another aspect, Master has told us numerous times that today's people are mostly from high levels and have come for the Fa and they all have their understanding side, but the evil spirit is controlling them. Once we use righteous thoughts to clear away the evil factors controlling them, they will wake up immediately and return to the right path. No one is willing to become the scapegoat of the CCP. Furthermore, with practitioners' widespread, thorough and continuous truth clarification efforts, their minds will become increasingly clear, and they will quit the Communist Party, the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers.

Of course, there are some significant difficulties. But practitioners are the beings made by Dafa, so we cannot fear difficulties. Master has taught us,

"It's hard, so your mighty virtue is displayed; it's hard and so it's a good opportunity to establish your mighty virtue. Remarkable! Since you are cultivators, even though it's hard you should do even better." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2001 Canada Falun Dafa Conference")

At the beginning of the persecution, July 20, 1999, when we clarified the truth to people, wasn't the atmosphere more severe and the environment more dangerous? Haven't we come through under Master's guidance? And aren't we doing better and better? Looking at those beings poisoned by the CCP, who will soon be affected and are anxiously looking forward to be saved, shouldn't we do everything we possibly can?

Among practitioners, there exist mainly two kinds of fear.

First is the fear of being unable to save people. Practitioners with this kind of fear believe that the people may accept our saying that Jiang Zemin is persecuting Falun Gong but will not believe that the whole Communist Party is involved in persecuting Falun Gong. If we talk about the mistakes the CCP has made, people can accept it, but to completely deny the CCP, they can not accept. If we talk about the evil nature of the CCP, people can accept it, but asking them to quit the CCP-related organizations, they cannot. They don't accept it and may also go to the opposite side and mistakenly think Falun Gong is involved in politics, and this will make it even more difficult to save them. From the above, it is not difficult to see that such thoughts result from the mire of the Party's culture and they cannot escape from it.

Master has pointed out,

"We have not been doing political work, we have not been picking fights with the human race's real evil cult and even less so do we want any worldly political power. During the persecution, we must be clear that we are saving the people in the world who have been misled by the Party's culture, because they believe in that cult so much that they won't even listen to the truth. Also, what we are doing is having those students who are not clearheaded on this issue recognize its evil nature. It is a human attachment that must be let go and a step that has to be taken as part of the process of validating the Fa." ("New Year Greetings")

If you have not talked about it, how do you know others cannot accept it? Practitioners know that through years of sending forth righteous thoughts and clarifying the truth, the world's people have awakened. Many voluntarily ask for truth clarification materials. Of course, when clarifying the truth, one must not go to the extreme and must talk wisely based on people's abilities, step by step.

The other fear is the fear of being reported and arrested. This is selfishness interfering and one of the attachments practitioners should always get rid of in their cultivation. Practitioners should cultivate the righteous enlightenment of being selfless and considering others first. What fills their hearts is Dafa and how to save sentient beings. The evils should be afraid of practitioners, and practitioners should not be afraid of the evil.

Some practitioners have a serious problem with waiting for and relying on others. They want to wait for a certain moment to step out to clarify the truth. For example, when the CCP suddenly loses power or after some natural disaster, when they think it will be easy to clarify the truth and make the world's people believe. Especially when clarifying the truth about the CCP, such kinds of thoughts are more common. As far as I know, the number of practitioners with the mindset of waiting on and relying on others is not a small number. We should remember we are practitioners in the Fa rectification period and that we shoulder a mighty, historic mission. We cannot expect it to be easy and effortless.

The "waiting on and relying on others" mindset is a manifestation of human thought. Master had warned practitioners earlier,

"So in clarifying the truth, don't wait, don't rely on others and don't just hope for changes in external factors. Every one of us is creating history for the future, that's why everyone is not only participating in group activities, but also taking the initiative to look for things to do. As long as something is good for Dafa, you should take the initiative to do it, take the initiative to work on it." ("To All Students at the Nordic Fa Conference")

For every one of our Dafa practitioners, we cannot wait for and depend on others and should make full use of our own capabilities and conditions to actively, spontaneously and wisely do things. It is only during this period of time before Fa rectification comes to the world and in this environment of not seeing that practitioners can clarify the truth to save sentient beings and at the same time consummate their own world. That is the path of Fa rectification cultivation that Master has arranged for us. Although this period of time is not long, it can test and consummate practitioners and, at the same time, can save the countless sentient beings and the world's people. The Fa rectification is rapidly approaching the human world, and it is truly not far from the time Fa rectifies the world. Every second is now very precious. Dafa practitioners are the only hope for the world's people to be saved. Who are we counting on? What are we to rely on? We cannot wait any further and should take the initiative to step out to do what a practitioner should do.

Master has told us,

"Don't use human notions to judge the Fa-rectification or the form in which Practitioners cultivate and don't always prolong the process of improving your understanding due to your human thoughts. You are people walking the path to godhood, and every single attachment will hinder you." ("New Year's Greetings")

We should get rid of the obstacles rooted in ourselves, think and act righteously, complete the mighty mission bestowed upon us by Master, and walk the shinning path of our own Fa rectification cultivation.
