(Clearwisdom.net) My name is Nie Yingchao. I am a 10th grade student. I used to be in the class of Literature and Arts (Classroom 34) at the Yinan County 2nd High School (Wolong Campus) in Shandong Province.
I have practiced Falun Gong with my parents since I was in elementary school. I used to be in extremely poor health, suffering from frequent pneumonia and ear infections. Through Falun Gong I became healthy and my spirit was elevated.
Since July 20, 1999, when the persecution of Falun Gong started, I have witnessed beatings of my family members and other Dafa practitioners. We have had our home ransacked, fines imposed on us, forced abductions and other forms of brutal persecution by the local authorities. Our family alone has lost more than 10,000 yuan due to extortion, making it extremely difficult to manage our livelihood. When I started high school in 2004, my father had to borrow money for the school fees.
Near the end of 2004, I was in my 10th grade class (Classroom 4), one evening during self-study period, when my teacher, Wei Lei, who was heavily misguided by the lies and propaganda of the Jiang regime against Falun Gong, suddenly became furious and flew into a rage. He wanted me to quit school. I told him that I would never quit school. Teacher Wei then slapped my face once, and announced to the class that nobody was allowed to discuss Falun Gong. Anyone doing so would be subject to expulsion from school. He then ordered my classmates, the ones I shared a room with in the dormitory, to stand with me outside the classroom as a form of punishment. After a while, Wei Lei called the 10th grade administrator, Guo Shujun, on his cell phone, and ordered me to go to his office. Guo Shujun then told me I was expelled from school. I told them there was nothing wrong with my belief in Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance, nor was there anything wrong with Falun Gong. I also shared the stories of the brutal persecution of my family and other Dafa practitioners by Jiang's regime. By then, the evening self-study class had ended, so Guo Shujun announced that the school would deal with me the following day.
The next day, I went back to Guo Shujun's office and insisted that he resolve the injustices perpetrated against me by my teacher Wei Lei. Guo Shujun brought me to the principal's office and the principal screamed, "We are a school established by the Communist Party, and we obey all orders from the Party. You practice Falun Gong and we will immediately expel you from this school." I replied loudly, "You have been following such tactics (against Falun Gong practitioners) all along, causing workers to lose their jobs, and students to be expelled from their schools, but there is no such rule in our Constitution. You have all violated the law." Hearing this, Guo Shujun told me to wait outside the principal's office. They then had a discussion amongst themselves. When they were finished, Guo Shujun called me back into the office and told me to pay attention in class and study well. Then he asked Wei Lei to return with me to the class. On our way back, I heard teacher Wei say, "I lost."
In March of 2005, two high school administrators took me out of physical education class and ordered me into their office. The Director of Yinan County's 610 Office was there. He questioned me about my parents' names, home address, and other basic information. Throughout our conversation, someone was taking notes.
One week later, on Thursday March 10, 2005, around 11:00 a.m., I was in my history class. The history class teacher Xia Lipeng told me he wanted to discuss something with me in his office. I was deceived into following him downstairs, then out of the instructional building towards the administration building. When we got close to the administration building, Xia Lipeng suddenly said he would like me to go with him to visit my home. Suddenly I noticed some 610 Office deputies and Principal Gao Yinghua waiting beside a sedan at the gate of the school compound. I stopped in my tracks. One of them then ordered someone to get me to go with them in the car. I immediately realized that they were trying to abduct me, so I turned around and walked briskly back to the instructional building.
A few minutes after I returned to the classroom, Teacher Xia Lipeng came back and quietly told me that they just wanted to take care of some business. I loudly replied, "I won't go with them. I just want to continue with my class, and you should not be their accomplice to persecute me." Xia left. Then the Grade 10 administrator came in and tried to drag me out of the classroom. He asked me why I did not follow the school's orders. I said, "I won't follow your instructions if they are wrong. Please get out of the classroom and don't collaborate with the 610 Office." The administrator left after seeing my firm stance. Later, another administrator came and tried unsuccessfully to force me out. The desk was bumped in the process and books fell to the floor. Some of my classmates stood up and came to my assistance. They said, "We are in class now. Whatever it is you are trying to do, do it after class." Xia scolded them, "It is none of your business, stay out of it!" After a little while, the administrator brought several 10th grade physical education teachers and together they dragged me out of the classroom. In order to resist their abduction, I spread my feet against the rails of the staircase when they dragged me to the stairs. I cried out loudly, asking for others to save my life, but instead of helping to rescue me, more teachers came to join in the effort to get me downstairs. They used different ways to haul me downstairs. The 10th grade administrator covered my mouth with all his strength to prevent me from shouting. Finally, with two of them holding each of my limbs, they carried me downstairs.
Since it was during class session, every student heard my struggle, and many of them watched from the building windows. The 610 officials wanted to hide my abduction from the students, so they asked me to walk by myself. I sternly refused. My teachers and the grade administrators ended up hauling me to the car while my knees and lower body dragged on the ground sweeping up dust. The 610 officials were following closely behind us the whole way. I refused to get into the car, but they forced me in. Then they all got into the car and sandwiched me there. Two of them sat in the front and one sat on either side of me. I was totally surrounded. The car sped away heading eastward. Only one man sitting to my right was a 610 official, the rest were all from Yinan High School. One of them was Xia Lipeng, my history teacher, two were physical education teachers from the 10th grade, and the other two were school administrators, including Guo Shujun.
In the car, I was crying and asking them why they wanted to be pawns of the 610 Office and why they knowingly violated the law. I told them that Jiang Zemin had been sued for torture, crimes against humanity and genocide by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) as well as practitioners in 36 countries. I said this was a sign that Jiang's days are numbered. I told them that the persecution experience of my mother by the Dawangzhuang Village Government (now renamed Puwang Township) was being used as evidence in the lawsuits. I said I will also prosecute the perpetrators of her persecution to the fullest extent of the law. They suddenly burst out with frenzied laughs and clapping. They said, "Go ahead and sue us. Think you can win? We wholeheartedly welcome it."
One of the school administrators told me they fired my original classroom teacher, Wei Lei, because I practiced Falun Gong and he was unsuccessful in stopping me from practicing. I had heard repeatedly from the school that the 610 Office had openly criticized the 2nd High School throughout the whole county because I practiced Falun Gong. That was why the school officials were so mad at me. They also said that if the school did not forcefully expel me, then the 610 Office would increase the pressure on them.
The school administrator's original plan, in collaboration with the 610 Office, was to quietly abduct me from school and take me to a brainwashing class so that no one would know where I had gone. I would thus disappear without a trace. Then they planned to abduct more Dafa practitioners and take them to the brainwashing class. They never expected I would cry for help and all the students in Building 4 would hear me. This foiled their conspiracy and they ended up taking me home instead.
Because no one was at home when we arrived, they parked the car and waited. We were there for more than 30 minutes. During that time, they took turns guarding me so that I could not move at all, let alone get out of the car. A second sedan that had followed us before went back to the school and got my sleeping gear and books from the dormitory.
I asked them why they abducted me. They said they were just following instructions from the 610 Office. The orders were given by the school principal, Gao Yinghua. I said forcing me to quit school was illegal, regardless of any orders from Jiang Zemin and the 610 Office. They immediately rebutted, "No, we are not forcing you to quit school, we just want you to take it easy for a while." I told them I already took it easy and I wanted to go back to school. They said, "You won't have a chance to go back to school as long as you practice Falun Gong."
My mother came home after she heard I was abducted. When she approached the car they did not allow me to get out, and asked me to identify my mother through the window. They did not allow me to go with my mother unless she agreed to have me dismissed from school. In this way, they finally succeeded in expelling me from school.
When I woke up the next day (March 11), I could hardly move from the pain all over my body. I had been treated brutally by seven or eight men throughout that experience.
On March 12, the 610 Office sent someone to my house to talk to me. In fact, their intention was to abduct me and put me in the brainwashing class, but they could not find me.
610 Office officials came to my home several times trying to abduct me, but they could never find me.
On March 15, they arranged for plainclothes policemen to keep watch at each end of the street where my home is, as well as at the village market where they usually try to find Dafa practitioners passing out truth clarifying flyers.
From March 11 to March 15, the 610 Office tried many tactics to abduct me and take me to the brainwashing class. Their schemes involved the county 610 Office, the township government and the village government. I was thus forced to leave my home.
According to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, Yinan 2nd High School and the Yinan 610 Office violated my human rights. I hereby charge Yinan 2nd High School and the Yinan 610 Office with violating my human rights, including the right to receive an education.
