The City acknowledges receipt of your request for a proclamation in support of Falun Dafa, in conjunction with the thirteenth anniversary of the Public introduction of Falun Dafa, taking palace May 13, 2005.

I, therefore, recognize the practice of Falun Dafa and encourage citizens to become aware of this ancient universal Chinese practice and encourage practitioners of Falun Dafa in their efforts in obtaining the right to peacefully assemble to express their principles around the world.
