Solemn Declaration

I read Dafa related books with my mother when I was young and I knew that Falun Dafa is a practice of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance. Because my mother was persecuted twice, and because I did not fully understand Dafa, I was verbally poisoned by the evil and said things disrespecting Dafa and Teacher. I did not take responsibility for my own future. Teacher is here to save sentient beings and I am a sentient being, so I must respect Teacher and Dafa and take responsibility for myself. I now declare that all that I've said against Falun Dafa is void. I will eliminate, from the bottom of my heart, any remnant of the evil Communist Party that remains inside of me. From today on, I will strictly direct myself to walk the path Teacher has arranged for me and become a good young Falun Dafa practitioner.

In the year 1999, I was still in elementary school. My teacher told our class that we must sign a statement stating our opposition towards Falun Dafa. At the time, I did not understand the truth, and believed the Communist Party's lies, so I signed it. Now at my cousin's house, I understand the truth of Falun Gong, because her whole family practices it, and they are peaceful, happy and very righteous. Through their constant clarification I now understand that Falun Dafa is really saving people, and the Communist Party is trying to destroy us. I currently have begun to practice Falun Gong. I now declare the signature void. From now on I will strictly direct myself to walk the path Teacher has arranged for me and become a good young Falun Dafa practitioner.

When I was seven, our school board made us sign a statement that we are against Falun Gong. At the time I did not want to, yet my teacher told me that I must, so in panic I put down my nickname. Now I realize that it was wrong, and I was surrendering to the evil. I now declare the signature void. From now on I will strictly direct myself to walk the path Teacher has arranged for me and become a good young Falun Dafa practitioner.
