Practitioners who gave speeches shared their experiences of using different forms to validate Dafa. Practitioners who participate in media work told stories from different perspectives of clarifying the truth and offering salvation to sentient beings through cooperation as one body. They also described how practitioners improved themselves in their cultivation during the process. Some practitioners who work for the Toronto branch of the media as reporters, sales representatives and persons in charge shared their cultivation experiences in the process of creating and operating the media. A Toronto practitioner representing the writing team discussed how they broke through their notions and encouraged each other and published more than 190 articles in a short 3 months to expose the evil party's deceptions and to clear away the evil spirit of the Communist Party. Another practitioner shared her cultivation experiences of widely spreading the news of the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" to precious Chinese people through phone calls. A Western practitioner shared his experiences of holding a "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" Art Exhibition. Another Western practitioner shared her experience of introducing Falun Dafa in Sri Lanka and attending a Fa conference. She also talked about the wide spread of Falun Dafa in Sri Lanka. A practitioner from Toronto representing the rescue team shared their understandings and experiences in the process of rescuing Falun Gong practitioners' orphans. She also told touching stories of how to break through the old forces' arrangement from the economic perspective to conduct a concert calling for the society's attention.

At noon, some practitioners talked about their feelings and understandings of listening to Master's Fa lecture. One practitioner recalled Master mentioning in the Fa lecture that before the persecution began, Master told practitioners at the Chicago Fa Conference in 1999, "Just by having your heart unaffected you will be able to handle all situations." This "having your heart unaffected" actually points out the determination and steadfastness of one's belief. It does not mean that you hesitate to move forward in face of the evil tribulations and not do what Dafa practitioners are supposed to do. Another practitioner believed that pure righteous thoughts are most essential for one to have been able to go through the past six years of most vicious persecution. Such righteous thoughts surpass all material interests and enable Dafa practitioners to firmly go through the hardest tribulations.

A practitioner said when recalling Master's Fa lecture, that when the persecution just began, the evil carried out overwhelming suppression. Later, in order to avoid the condemnation from public opinion, the evil maintained a sense of peace on the surface and did not report on the issue in its media anymore, even though the actual persecution was still extremely severe. This practitioner considered that the nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is most evil, and therefore if the Party is not completely eliminated, the persecution will not end. In fact, the tide of withdrawal from the Party has already made the CCP's diehards extremely fearful.

One practitioner considered that it is very important to cultivate oneself well, because history has bestowed a great mission upon practitioners. Master said that Dafa disciples are the only hope for each person in the world being saved.
