A Man Quickly Recovers from a Deadly Car Accident After Repenting for His Wrongdoing

The husband of a Falun Gong practitioner in Li County, Hebei Province constantly tried to stop his wife from practicing Falun Gong. He often cursed and physically abused his wife, and he refused to listen to the facts about Falun Gong. Moreover, he tore up Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials whenever he saw them. His wife repeatedly warned him to stop his blasphemous acts or some day he would meet with severe karmic retribution from heaven. He furiously rebutted, "I do not fear karmic retribution! I have already led a long life. Why do I need to fear death?" One day he was walking on the street when a large truck loaded with soil hit him. He lost consciousness immediately. He suffered a comminuted fracture of the pelvis, and his legs and bladder were also injured. When describing the injuries to the man's wife, the doctor said, "There is nothing I can do for an older man with such severe injuries. All you can do is take him home and start preparing for his funeral."

His wife did not give up hope. She started reading Zhuan Falun next to his sickbed at the hospital every day and told him, "Stop your blasphemous acts at once. You have committed terrible sins against Falun Dafa. Repent right away. Don't ever do such things again."

As soon as my daughter heard that I had had a stroke, she hurried to my home and told me that I must repent first and silently recite to myself, "Falun Dafa is good." I repented in my heart and repeatedly recited, "Falun Dafa is good." I recovered from the stroke the following day. It was truly miraculous.
