By a person who knows the truth about Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) I'm a retired medical doctor from Jinan City, and this year I am 64 years old. My wife is a Falun Dafa practitioner. I have read Zhuan Falun once and also read many "truth clarification materials". I firmly support my wife. From the depth of my heart, I admire Master Li Hongzhi's Dafa that has great virtue, and I detest those people who are responsible for the suppression of Falun Gong.

I have esteem for Master Li and sympathize with practitioners; therefore, whenever I have a chance I spread Falun Gong and deliver truth clarification materials. It may be because of my efforts that whenever I encounter dangerous situations, Master protects me and turns adversity into good fortune.

The first incident happened on August 2, 2004. I had an intense pain in my left leg that was difficult to tolerate. In time the pain became worse. Electrotherapeutics, plasters, painkillers--nothing relieved the pain. In addition to the pain, I felt very anxious and upset, which kept me from falling asleep until past 11 p.m.

While I was asleep, I sensed vaguely that I was lying on the ground writhing in pain. People crowded around me but didn't know what to do. Then I saw a huge body whose head couldn't even be seen, and it was saying, "This is a tribulation. Everything will be fine after the tribulation. It is not a disease, so whatever you take will be useless." After these words, everything disappeared.

I suddenly woke up. I didn't "hear" the voice with my ears but I heard it with my heart. Every word was clearly imprinted in my heart. It was really wonderful. I then thought, "Isn't it Master Li Hongzhi that is giving me a hint? It is not a disease. Then why should I worry and be upset? It is Master who is eliminating karma for me."

I was so excited that I silently exclaimed, "Falun Dafa is good," "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good," and "Master Li Hongzhi is good!" The miracle truly occurred--the pain in my leg suddenly disappeared. I then got up and walked around. There was really no more pain!

After I got up the next day, there was almost no pain left in my leg. After one more day, it had completely recovered. I truly experienced this. How can I not exclaim, "Falun Dafa is good!"

The second time Dafa saved me was in the middle of March of this year. At night a gale blew away rows of ridge-tiles from the roof. I climbed up on the roof to do some repair work. I accidentally fell down and landed on my back. After I hit the concrete floor, I lost consciousness.

At that time, I felt like I was standing next to my body and observed that I was lying on the ground with a bloody head. However, I didn't feel nervous and had no fear. My mind was empty. The first thought that came to my mind was, "I have the protection of Falun Dafa. I will be all right." So later, when I became conscious again, the first words I spoke were, "I have the protection of Falun Dafa. I will be all right." I touched my head with my hand and did not find any blood. I was really shocked, "I just fell several meters down from the roof and landed hard on the concrete, but there is not even a single lump nor any pain in my head or my back. It is Falun Dafa that has saved me!" I felt my head and started to move about. Nothing seemed to be injured. There was no pain anywhere either. I then went up onto the roof again. Nothing happened this time, and I was able to finish the repair work.

My enlightenment to "spontaneous thought:"

Master Li Hongzhi once said that good or evil comes from a person's spontaneous thought. This spontaneous thought can come from cultivators; it can also come from an everyday person. If one's spontaneous thought is right at each moment, one will have benefits one's entire life. If it is wrong, the results will be uncertain. For example, after I fell down from the roof and lost consciousness, only one thought was in my mind, which was, "I have the protection of Falun Dafa. I will be all right." After I came to, I really was all right and Dafa really had protected me. I truly understood that benevolent thoughts towards Dafa bring blessings for a whole lifetime. In time I will diligently study Dafa and seriously cultivate Dafa.
