Facts of the Persecution Against a Falun Dafa Practitioner in Hong Kong

I have been a permanent resident of Hong Kong since 2003. My father, Dong Linrong, was a Falun Dafa practitioner who died as a result of the persecution. When he was dying in Fuyang City, Zhejiang Province, I was not allowed to see him. I am his only daughter. My family members were hoping that I could go back to see him, but they were too worried about me being mistreated and would not let me make the trip back. When my cousin, who is also a practitioner, went back to her hometown, she was arrested and sent to a labor camp. My family thought I might be treated just like her. My cousin refused to give up the practice and was sentenced to two years of forced labor. She is serving her term in the Zhejiang Province Women's Forced Labor Camp in Mogan Mountain. Before July 20, 1999, three generations of my family with over ten members practiced Falun Dafa. We all gained healthy bodies and led peaceful lives. The persecution of Falun Gong has separated our family and torn it apart. Members of my family are suffering in detention. Spouses and siblings have been separated and detained in labor camps. The young and elderly are suffering from unjust tortures, some on the verge of death. Meanwhile, other family members are barred from visiting their loved ones, whom they might never be able to see again.
