Wang Zhenhua Died from the Persecution at Fushan Town Detention Center in Weifang City, Shandong Province

Mr. Wang Zhenhua was 65 years old. He began to practice Falun Gong after he retired, and he became very healthy as a result. On November 3, 2004, guards at Fushan Town Detention Center in Weicheng District, Weifang City, Shandong Province tortured Wang Zhenhua cruelly, resulting in his death.

On December 25, 2001, the police ransacked his home, arrested Wang Zhenhua and took him to Fushan Town Detention Center. The policemen cuffed Mr. Wang's hands to an ice-cold telephone pole during a time when snow was everywhere on the ground. He suffered inhuman treatment in the prison. He was forced to work during the daytime and suffered from torture at night, day in and day out. He was given very little food and no water. His clothes were pulled off, and he was deprived of sleep at night. They forced him to serve criminals imprisoned in the detention center. He was brainwashed daily, without being released from the cuffs on his hands and feet. On December 26, 2001, Ms. Liu Guifang (62 years old), the wife of Wang Zhenhua, was also arrested and taken to the city boarding house brainwashing center. She also suffered severe persecution.

On January 7, 2002, Mr. Wang's family paid a fine to bail him out. After his release, he became ill. He could not understand the persecution he had to suffer. He suffered constant pain over his entire body and did not recover from his illness.

Due to the evil persecution, Wang Zhenhua died on November 3, 2004.
