People come to learn the facts about Falun Gong

The day was sunny and bright, which is unusual in St. Petersburg. Five huge posters displayed information on Falun Gong, letting people know about the practice's spread to 100 million people in over 70 countries. The posters also contained photos of the persecution suffered by Falun Gong practitioners in China and paintings by Australian artist and Falun Gong practitioner Zhang Cuiying. During the activity practitioners taught interested passersby how to fold beautiful paper lotus flowers.

Many pedestrians stopped to look closely at the posters and ask questions. After seeing the brutal scenes of the persecution, people's compassionate sides were clear that it must be stopped. Many of them asked, "Why are such things happening in the world today?" A large number of people did not want to leave, and stayed a long time looking at the posters and listening to practitioners explain more about Falun Gong.
