"Safety" Is a Reflection of Our Righteous Thoughts and Actions (Clearwisdom.net)
On August 5, 2003, there were four or five people who suddenly came to talk to me. They stated that someone had reported that I had mailed some Falun Dafa materials to him, and that they were in my handwriting. They wanted me to admit to the allegations of charges against me, and planned to arrest me.
I started to send righteous thoughts and asked for support from Master, I did as Master had talked about in Dafa Disciples' Righteous Thoughts are Powerful, I calmly replied, "I did not write this and I did not know the guy." I used the chance to clarify the truth to them but they refused to listen. "We didn't come here to listen to this. We want to confirm that you are the one. If you won't admit it, we have plenty of ways that we can use to find out. We just needed to check the handwriting like all the big cases."
I did not have any fear facing this evil person, nor did I blame the fellow practitioner who had given my name. I just remembered Master's word by heart: "Yet we are still cultivating and still have some last ordinary human attachments. When a problem arises, we have to examine ourselves first to see whether things are right or wrong on our part. If we determine that it is interference or damaging, when we deal with the specific problem we should try our best to be calm and kind to those people who are at the surface, because when the evil uses people, they usually aren't aware of it themselves (although the people who are used are usually either people whose thoughts are bad or people who have bad thoughts arising). As for the interference by evil in other dimensions, we must seriously eradicate it with righteous thoughts."
(Essentials for Further Advancement II, "Fa-Rectification and Cultivation"). I calmly told them to go ahead and do their investigation, and to let me know the results. I was eradicating the evil factors behind them and thought: "Dafa is supernormal. I am doing the right thing. Master and other Fa Guardians will protect me. How can the authorities find out?"
They stopped asking me questions, but two of the officials from the 610 office were not willing to go. They checked several rooms in my house. They only found some truth clarification leaflets and the book Zhuan Falun. Regarding the leaflets, I replied: "I picked them up outside. Who doesn't have those nowadays? You don't have them? Maybe you have a lot more!" They did not notice my printer and a copy of Master's "Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. Fa Conference in 2003". They did not find any evidence and left in a hurry. They did not harass me for this matter again.
My husband (who does not practice Falun Gong) watched all of this unfolding in front of him, witnessed the power of Dafa, and witnessed Master's protection. He has now started to read Zhuan Falun daily. I realized the "safety" is in our righteous thoughts and actions.
