(Clearwisdom.net) As the immense force of Fa rectification is pushing closer and closer to the human world, the bad things also manifest themselves more intensely in the human world, including the demon of lust in its interference of practitioners. I would like to share how the practitioners in our region have cooperated with each other and helped each other in eliminating the interference from the demon of lust. I hope that other practitioners can become aware of this issue.

One of my colleagues at work showed his affection toward me. I thought that his being close to me must be for the purpose of his attaining the Fa. I explained the situation to my fellow practitioners to get the help. After sending forth righteous thoughts to eradicate those bad thoughts that he and I might have, I happily went to his home for our date. I told him in detail what I needed to do as well as the truth about Dafa. He was shocked. I also taught him how to get on the Internet to read the information about Falun Dafa. Later he and I also read Zhuan Falun together.

In this way, I gained a greater understanding of this colleague of mine, and I realized that he had very good inborn quality. He was also the type of person I was looking for as an ideal husband. At the time, I often experienced interference and tests from the demon of lust. I could pass the test sometimes and not pass it other times. But I was able to eliminate my postnatal notions and karma. This colleague's family members also know the truth about Dafa. He has done a lot of things to validate Dafa.

Mankind is soaked in sentimentality and has all kinds of human desires. Because of frequent and intimate contacts, humans can hardly escape from lust and desires. In Hong Yin, Master mentioned one of "The World's Ten Evils,"

"Less restrictions, promiscuity

Since the individuals who cultivate Falun Dafa are made of "Truth-Compassion-Forbearance," their postnatal human notions and karma do not represent their true natures. These notions and karma are what practitioners need to eliminate during cultivation practice. Dafa practitioners need to jump out of sentimentality and reach consummation.

The husband of practitioner A had an affair, which developed to the stage that he moved out to live with the other woman. At the beginning, practitioner A was unwilling to tell her situation to fellow practitioners. Whenever she talked to me about it, she could not stop her tears. She told me over and over not to let other practitioners know about her situation. While I did not reveal her name and the specifics of the affair to other practitioners, I asked them to use their righteous thoughts to help eliminate the interference from the demon of lust. I also shared with practitioner A my understanding of the issue from the perspective of the Fa, in hopes that she could understand what kind of mindset she should use to handle this issue from the perspective of the Fa. After a while, practitioner A tried to persuade the other woman kindly and without becoming angry. She also clarified the truth to her. Other practitioners helped too by sending forth righteous thoughts and clarifying the truth. In the end, everyone surrounding practitioner A's husband did not agree with his behavior and tried hard to persuade him to leave the other woman. After nearly two years, practitioner A's husband finally broke away from the interference of the demons of lust and desire. He left the other woman and started to learn Falun Dafa.

The husband of practitioner B works in the courts and was unwilling to listen to truth-clarification. He has a lot of social events to attend, so he returns home quite late in the evening. Because of this, young practitioner B did not want to sleep with her husband. She was even more unwilling to accompany her husband to social functions. As result, in her dreams, the demon of lust often came to interfere. This interference lasted for several months. Later she told her situation to fellow practitioners, and they all helped her by sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the interference of the demon of lust. At the same time, they also helped her realize that she should "conform to everyday people as much as possible while cultivating" ("Eliminate Your Last Attachment(s)" in Essentials for Further Advancement II), regard her husband as an individual that she needed to save, and utilize the opportunities of going to her husband's social occasions as a way of clarifying the truth in a dignified manner. Others could hardly get in contact with those people working in the courts even if they wanted to. How couldn't she cherish those opportunities! She has enlightened to the issue and eliminated her narrow-minded sentimentality and postnatal notions. Because of her new attitude, her husband and his colleagues and friends now know the truth, and they have even offered to help her do Dafa work.

While we are not against normal human affections, this interference from the demon of lust was widespread. Even elderly practitioners experienced the interference. However, these practitioners have not ignored it or covered it up. Instead, they revealed it so as to eliminate it. In this way, the demons of lust and desire, which have become degenerate, have no place to hide.

Just as Master told us in "Teaching the Fa at the Western U.S. International Fa Conference,"

I wrote this out in hopes of inspiring fellow practitioners to always keep their righteous thoughts, rationality, and clear-headedness. While doing the work of saving sentient beings, we should not overlook helping other practitioners, so that we can upgrade and elevate ourselves as one body and welcome the coming of the Fa rectifying the human world.
