An Agent from the 610 Office Awakens and Begins Treating Falun Dafa Practitioners Kindly

(Clearwisdom.net) After Jiang's clique started to persecute Falun Dafa on July 20, 1999, an agent from the 610 Office in Hebei Province often arrested Dafa practitioners along with other police officers, and abused and beat them. When he came into contact with Dafa practitioners, the practitioners often clarified the facts about Dafa and explained to him the principle of "good is rewarded with good and evil meets evil" to inspire his benevolence and help him understand Dafa in a positive way. Also, by getting in touch with Dafa practitioners, he realized that they are not what the Jiang clique's slander reported them to be at all. Instead, they are a group of genuine kindhearted cultivators.

After coming to know the facts, the official criticized Jiang for depleting national resources to persecute Falun Gong while ruining many proper businesses. He expressed his innermost thoughts, "Supposing Jiang had not issued the order, why would we ever arrest Dafa practitioners?"

In autumn 2004, he learned that the Tiananmen Self-Immolation incident was fabricated to incite hatred against Falun Gong after he watched a Dafa truth-clarifying VCD. He indicated that the analysis in the VCD was clear, logical, and very sensible, and stated that the Chinese Communist Party had concocted innumerable things in order to preserve its power over the last several dozen years.

Thereafter, he has been secretly protecting Dafa practitioners during his work. In early 2005, the head of the police department issued an order to burn Dafa books, CDs, and truth-clarifying flyers which were confiscated from practitioners' residences. This official refused to participate. Soon after, he took some remaining Dafa books home with him and later gave them to Dafa practitioners.
