Two Cases of Karmic Retribution in China

The First Forced Labor Camp of Ningxia Province is a concentration camp where dozens of male Falun Dafa practitioners are detained.

Guo Wenzhi was the head of the Education Division of the labor camp. He was about 40 years old. After the persecution of Falun Dafa began on July 20, 1999, Guo followed Jiang Zemin's regime and actively participated in the persecution and forced "transformation" of the Falun Gong practitioners detained there. He forbade the family members of Falun Gong practitioners from visiting them. For several years, he participated in the persecution without remorse. On the morning of May 8, 2005, Guo Wenzhi crashed into a truck while he was riding a motorcycle. He died immediately.

The former director of the Post Office of Chenzhou County, Hunan Province, Qin Jianguo, and Yang Aiying, the chairman of the postal workers' union, actively persecuted Falun Gong. They forced Falun Gong practitioners to hand in their Falun Dafa books and forbade them from doing the exercises. Director Qin Jianguo, who abused his power and was very corrupt, seized worker's salaries, and followed the Chinese Communist Party example closely in persecuting Falun Gong. During the New Year or other festivals, they took advantage of the tradition of distributing gifts of money or goods to employees, and prepared a printed guarantee statement stating that the individual would give up practicing Falun Gong, and that they would closely follow the evil communist party. Then asked everyone who went to collect the gifts to sign the letter. If anyone refused to sign the letter, he or she would not only not get the gift, but they would immediately be sent to brainwashing classes and would not be allowed to go home to celebrate the holidays until they agreed to write a repentance statement. Qin and Yang collaborated with the 610 Office to put pressure on Falun Gong practitioners at various levels. They forced practitioners to write the guarantee statements. Whoever refused would be detained, sent to forced labor camps, have their salaries seized and be subjected to home searches. They persecuted kind people, slandered Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and committed other grave sins. At the end of May 2004, the chairman of the workers' union, Yang Aiying, died of cancer at the age of 48. The director of the Post Office, Qin Jianguo (about 50 years old), the new chairman of the postal workers' union, Guo Xiaofeng (about 30 years old), who became the chairman after Yang Aiying's death, along with an accountant surnamed Cao (about 30 years old), died in a car accident while on a trip together on June 16, 2004.
