Ms. Zhang Xiaoli and Her Family Suffer Brutal Persecution in Qingyuan County, Hebei Province, Ms. Zhang is Seriously Ill

(Clearwisdom.net) The tragic experience of Ms. Zhang Xiaoli and her family from Qingyuan County, Hebei Province has been reported on Clearwisdom.net several times. After Zhang Xiaoli was sentenced to a year in prison, her husband, Mr. Hu Zhanfeng, was also abducted and sentence to a year and a half in a forced labor camp because he refused to cooperate with the unreasonable requests of Fan Wenzhi, who is the head of Donglu Township, and chairman of the People's Committee. Both husband and wife are now detained in the Baoding City Balizhuang Labor Camp.

On December 1, 2004, the police took their son, Hu Shan (16 years old) to the Township Government and beat him. They sent him to Qingyuan County Brainwashing Class afterwards. Hu Shan has been detained there for seven months now.

Recently it has been heard that Zhang Xiaoli is critically ill and extremely weak due to persecution in Balizhuang Labor Camp. She has been examined in Baoding City No. 252 Hospital and found to have tumors in her abdomen and uterus. One is as big as a goose egg, and another one is as big as an egg. She also has a cyst in her ovary. She cannot eat; if she does, she will vomit. Ms. Zhang has become so emaciated that she only weighs 100 pounds now. The doctor in the No. 252 Hospital suggested that she be treated outside of the labor camp; however, Baoding City Balizhuang Labor Camp has shown no concern for her life at all and they refuse to let her go. Furthermore, they have forbade her over 70-year-old parents and disabled brother from visiting her in the labor camp. When her father asked to take her home to be treated, the police said, "We will treat her. When we are not able to treat her any more, then we will let you take her home."

I hope that fellow practitioners in China who read this news will pay attention to Zhang Xiaoli's situation and try to get details of the persecution she is suffering. Please help her. Besides sending forth righteous thoughts, please also help rescue our fellow practitioner through writing letters and making phone calls. Help her leave the labor camp with her righteous thoughts. Practitioners overseas, please support Zhang Xiaoli with your voice.
