Many Police Meet with Retribution in Shandong and Heilongjiang Provinces

Muping District State Security Division Head Hu Fengrui (male) in Yantai City, Shandong Province had been actively following Jiang and his regime and joined the evil persecution of Falun Gong way back on July 20, 1999.

He tortured many of the Falun Dafa practitioners arrested in the Muping District over the past several years. He refused to listen to others' persuasions, and said, "I would rather die if the Falun Gong issue could be corrected!" Many steadfast practitioners have been sentenced to forced labor or prison terms, lost their jobs, and had money extorted from them. He directly caused many practitioners' families to live in terror. He was #1 on the list of perpetrators in Muping District.

There is a principle in the universe that good meets with good and evil meets with evil. Hu Fengrui was about to retire in April 2005, but found out he was ill with lung cancer, and died on June 28, 2005.

Former Nanhejie Legal Justice Office Head Jiang Jinglin (male) of Jinshantun District Police Department, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province cursed out Falun Dafa and Teacher Li. In October 2003, he died from a stroke.

Officer Zhang Xin (male, 42 years old) of Jinshantun District Police Department, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province was hostile towards Falun Dafa. He tortured detained practitioners, depriving them of their right to sleep. In the fall 2002, he fell ill with throat and lung cancer, and died after 40 days of suffering, during which he could neither eat nor drink.
