Follow Master Li's Teaching, Clarify the Truth with Continuing Efforts

There are so many specific things that practitioners should do, but speaking from the whole body's perspective, we just need to do the three things Master Li tells us to do, as the process is manifested in its various aspects by following what Master Li told us, "Validate the Fa with rationality, clarify the truth with wisdom, spread the Fa and save people with mercy" ("Rationality"). Something that recently happened helped me understand that if everyone would make Dafa the first priority, then whatever we do should be very easy.

Recently, because I became idle and failed to study the Fa with a calm mind, I just sat before the computer everyday and downloaded practitioners' articles from web sites. Therefore, it happened on my way of cultivation that I failed to pass some tests, which should not have happened.

After I read the article "Other People's Feeling" in the Minghui Weekly Newsletter, issue 23, I saw my own shortcomings. Through a series of things that happened recently, I realized that I had developed everyday people's mentalities again. After reading Master Li's Fa-lecture, I saw the gap between Dafa and me. I want to follow Master Li's teaching and do what Master Li tells us to do and think what Dafa practitioners should think, so that we don't leave any loophole for the old forces and don't allow them to stay in our space and dimension.

Next I would like to share with you some experiences I had in clarifying the truth during this period of time. I hope practitioners can kindly point it out if there is anything inappropriate.

Once I discovered the Mingxin web site by accident and it contained many stories that were interesting, thought-provoking and philosophical. I decided to download them and show them to my colleagues. Everyone has their kind side and I believed they could accept the stories that I downloaded. Indeed, my colleagues were all eager to ask me for those stories. Later on, I gradually downloaded the novels that Dafa practitioners wrote, Nine Commentaries on Communist Party, The Real Story of Jiang Zemin, etc. and passed them on to my colleagues and they all could accept them. In this way, seven of my colleagues could read these articles that are related to Dafa.

The head of my work unit planned to go abroad to attend a meeting. I always thought about Master Li's words, "Gather up and rescue the beings that you are to save!"("To the European Fa Conference in Stockholm") On the evening before he left, I suddenly realized that I should give him some truth-clarifying materials before he went abroad. The next day, when I went to ask for his signature, I decided that I should not miss this opportunity. Though I felt so nervous that my heart pounded like a drum, I asked Master Li to help me and give me the power to remove human notions so that I could give materials directly to my work unit head. I put a beautiful bookmark with the words "Falun Dafa is good" and Minghui Weekly Newsletter's City Oasis version and its supplement into an envelope, and sincerely said to him, "This bookmark is like a good luck charm and there are also good articles here that I hope you can carefully read." From his words to thank me, I could feel that he really appreciated my gift.

I didn't have any complacency in my mind and I suddenly realized that I could do this so easily because I didn't do it with any human mentality and Master Li enlightened me to the wisdom within Dafa.

Recently, my husband gave back to me all the Dafa books and audio tapes that he had seized from my drawers 4 years ago. When I once again saw those Dafa books that had accompanied me day and night 4 years ago and the pages had turned yellow due to frequent reading, my first reaction was to thank Master Li. I did not develop any complacency or any attachment, and I carefully put up those books one by one. Looking at my husband's look of anticipation, I quietly said, "You have done the best thing." I felt gratified with my husband's gradual improvement.

Fellow practitioners, let's openly do the things that Dafa practitioners should do with dignity and the purest heart. Master Li has taught us everything in the Fa, and as long as we study Dafa and read the books as much as we can, no barrier can stop us from fulfilling our mission to validate Dafa and clarify the truth.
