How Yu Guanghong, a Policeman from the Changchun Road Police Station, Jilin City, Persecutes Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) Since July 20, 1999, when the persecution of Falun Gong began, policeman Yu Guanghong (male, in his 40's, from the Changchun Road Police Station) has been actively following Jiang's orders to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. He has often arrested and harassed practitioners. He has arrested nearly 20 practitioners and sentenced them to forced labor. Below are some facts as told by some of his victims.

Ms. Hou Shufen is in her 50's and from Huanxi Township. Policeman Yu Guanghong often harassed her and sent her to a detention center. On May 17, 2005, Hou Shufen was arrested and taken to the brainwashing center of the Chuanying District, Jilin City.

Ms. Gao Qingzhen is in her 60's and from Huanxi Township. She often repaired cars for policeman Yu Guanghong. Yu detained her, and kicked and beat her in the Changchun Road Police Station. The beatings were terrible. At the end of May 2005, he sent her to the brainwashing center in the Chuanying District, Jilin City.

Ms. Zhang Chunxia is in her 40's and from Huanxi Township. She was detained multiple times. Although Ms. Zhang had serious debilitating symptoms, policeman Yu Guanghong did not show any sympathy for her. He sent Mr. Zhang to a forced labor camp. She was not accepted due to her health problems.

Ms. Li Yaru is in her 50's and from Huanxi Township. Yu detained her and sent her to a forced labor camp.

Policeman Yu Guanghong detained Li Yaru's niece Xiaochun, who is in her 30's, and sent her to a forced labor camp. Xiaochun has a child at home who goes to elementary school. Now there is no one to take care of her child.

Ms Zhu Shuying is in her 40's and from Huanxi Township. Yu Guanghong detained her. Then she was transferred from the detention center to a forced labor camp. Although Ms. Zhu had a serious heart disease, she was still sentenced to two years of forced labor. Her child goes to school and the living conditions at her home are extremely difficult.

Ms. Liu Guiyun is in her 50's and from Huanxi Township. She was detained and sent to a detention center. Policeman Yu also sent her to a forced labor camp twice. In May 2005, Yu tried to arrest Ms. Liu and wanted to send her to a brainwashing center. Ms. Liu and her husband righteously resisted.

Ms. Niu Guilan is in her 60's and from Huanxi Township. Yu detained Ms. Niu and her daughter and often harassed them. Once policeman Yu tried to grab Dafa books away from Ms. Niu. The violence caused her to faint.

Policeman Yu arrested Mr. Zhao Jun, who is 34 years old. Later he was subjected to torture and was hung up and beaten for one night. Because he went to Beijing to appeal, Yu sent him to a detention center and later sentenced him to prison.

Ms. Li Qinghui, 28, is from Fengjiatun Village. Yu sent her to a forced labor camp for one year. After she returned, Yu acted as if he was taking her for a physical examination but attempted to send her to the forced labor camp again. Ms. Li's living conditions are very difficult. Her brother does not have a job and her mother sells seeds. In May 2005, Yu sent Ms. Li to a brainwashing center.

Mr. Shen Quanhui is in her 40's and from Fengjiatun Village. Yu Guanghong sent him to a detention center and then sentenced him to two years in a forced labor camp.

Ms. Wang Shulan is in her 60's and lives in the Electric Power College. She was a policewoman in Jilin Prison. Policeman Yu detained her numerous times and sentenced her to a forced labor camp for one year. She left home for one year in order to avoid further persecution. However, in May 2005, Yu sent her to a brainwashing center.

Ms. Shi Shuxia is in her 30's and has a child who goes to school. Policeman Yu Guanghong arrested her and sent her to a forced labor camp. Because of health problems, she was given a medical parole. After 20 days, Yu Guanghong ignored the medical parole process and again sent her to the Changchun Forced Labor Camp.

Ms. Li Liwen, in her 40s, is an excellent elementary school teacher. Yu sent her to detention twice. Later she was sentenced to three years of forced labor. After she returned, policeman Yu Guanghong often went to harass her during the day.
