Lawless Government Officials of Acheng City, Heilongjiang Province Suffer Karmic Retribution

[Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.]

Goodness begetting goodness and evil begetting evil is a heavenly law. No person or influential organization is immune to this.

Cao Yun, secretary of Political and Law Committee of Juyuan Town in Acheng City, persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. The evil deeds he committed included having police arrest Falun Gong practitioners, otherwise restricting their personal freedoms, confiscating their family possessions, and monitoring them. He personally delivered two practitioners to forced labor camps, seven practitioners to detention centers, five practitioners to brainwashing classes and he extorted money from at least eight practitioners. In January 2001, Cao Yun went to various villages to carry out ransacking and unlawful confiscation of possessions of Falun Gong practitioners and their families. Along the way his car collided with a tricycle-taxi and he nearly lost his life, but he still did not awaken and reflect on his bad deeds. He continued to do more bad deeds. In 2002, Cao Yun developed a serious illness.

Gong He, head of the Juyuan Town Police Station, was also the chief person for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. In early 2000, Gong He ordered Pan Qinghui to accompany him to photograph and fingerprint practitioners at their residences. On the way, Gong He's car collided with a tree and he fractured his leg. Thereafter he was stripped of his position for neglecting his duties.

Zhang Xicai, security head in Qianjing Village, frequently slandered and verbally attacked Falun Gong in public, and was responsible for bad influences in the populace. In the spring of 2002, he was buying grain from a grain station in Harbin when he suddenly came down with an acute illness. Soon after returning home he died.

Ma Hongwen, a CCP (Chinese Communist Party) group leader in Qianjing Village, was extremely active in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. He made several practitioners suffer from persecution. In July 2002, Ma Hongwen suddenly died from an acute illness.

Wang Huanwen, a resident of Qianjing Village, frequently monitored Falun Gong practitioners and reported them to the authorities. He came down with throat cancer and lost the ability to speak.

Wang Hengli established a special surveillance site in his residence to monitor Falun Gong practitioners' activities. Later he developed an illness and lost his mobility, and had difficulty moving around. After Falun Gong practitioners clarified the facts to him, he awakened and was remorseful of his past bad deeds against Falun Gong. He solemnly declared he would no longer continue his bad deeds, and his illness miraculously vanished.

Cheng Hong, male, 51 years old, worked at a National Public Security Department. His office was located on the sixth floor of the Xingxiang municipal courtyard. His main task was to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. In March or April of 2003, Cheng Hong suddenly had a heart attack. At that time several big hospitals were having power blackouts. Thus, when someone finally came to resuscitate him he had already died.

There are so many cases of evildoers in one area who received retribution for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Actually, Falun Gong practitioners do not like to see these things happen and thus do their best to warn officials not to persecute Falun Gong so as to avoid karmic retribution.

We have documented the above cases not out of hatred, but with the hope that whoever is still participating in the persecution of Falun Gong will awaken to his bad deeds, heed our warnings and realize the dangerous situation he has put himself in. These things happen because these evildoers were deceived, and their minds poisoned by the CCP's lies. They know very well they are doing evil deeds, but for the sake of personal gain they continue their evildoing. Thus we hope to point out a path of light to those who are still doing evil deeds: Stop all of your evil deeds! Make up for your past bad deeds with good deeds and redeem your own future.
