Ms. Jin Xiuqing Tortured to Death Within One Day of Arrest by Police Department Political Security Office in Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jin Xiuqing (previously named Jin Zhu), age 60, from Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province was tortured to death in little more than ten hours in Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province.

On the afternoon of June 28, 2005, at around 3:00 p.m., the Political Security Office head Guan Wei (male) and another policeman arrested Ms. Jin while she was walking in her apartment hallway on her way home. It is estimated that Ms. Jin was tortured to death sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 2005, while in police custody. Her family strongly requests that the killer be identified. Her body is still at the funeral home. Other details are under investigation.
