Eliminate Another Kind of Interference

(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioners in Mainland China who are illegally detained are not allowed to study the Fa or do the exercises. This is one kind of evil interference. But after they come out and into an improved environment, it is not guaranteed that they will study the Fa and practice the exercises. One reason for this is a lack of effort by the practitioners themselves. But I believe that another kind of interference also exists. We should pay attention to it and eliminate it.

Some practitioners are busy with family issues and work; they are unable to allocate enough time to study the Fa and practice. Also, sometimes we find enough time, but afterwards we find that nothing was accomplished during that time; it had simply passed. In the past, several hours seemed like a long time, long enough to do many things; now we can barely accomplish anything in the same duration. After we think about it, we feel strange and somewhat regretful. I have had the same feeling. Several days ago when I was reading the Fa, I suddenly realized that there exists another type of subtle interference; it is one that is preventing me from completing my Fa-study and exercises every day, and it is reducing the effectiveness and efficiency of my truth clarification work.

Teacher told us in "Teaching the Fa in the City of Chicago:"

"... whether the change in the state of society is negative or positive, or, put another way, whether what comes about is bad or good, it is a test for our Dafa disciples all the same, and not a reason to become content. If things really do change for the better, it will be a different sort of test for you, and you still shouldn't become content. By all means you need to do what a Dafa disciple should do, maintaining your righteous thoughts."

Through my Fa study I realized that my incorrect state in the past was partially due to this interference, in addition to my lack of righteous thoughts. After having this realization, I sent forth a strong thought: "I eliminate any interference; I don't want it; I don't acknowledge it; I only follow Teacher's arrangement." Right after I sent forth this thought I felt the cleansing of an energy field, a pressure, a substance and an environment. In the days that followed, I constantly reminded myself: keep righteous thoughts, make up for any negligence and completely deny any kind of interference.

This has been my understanding on eliminating another kind of interference when accomplishing the three things. Please correct me if you find anything that is not appropriate.
