Woman from Jinan City, 96, Validates Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) My grandmother is 96 years old. She had leg problems for over fifty years and could not stand for any length of time. After I told her about Falun Dafa in 2003, she repeated these words every day with a peaceful heart: "Falun Dafa is good! Truth, Compassion, Forbearance are good!" Only a week after she began saying these words, the illness that had plagued her for many years just disappeared. Her thoughts became more active and agile like a young person's. Every morning and night after washing, she repeats these words with a sincere and a peaceful heart, respecting Master and Dafa. She truly feels the greatness of Dafa and Master. Whenever she sees the neighbors she says: "Dafa is great, truly great! Try it yourself."

The neighbors admire her energy and spirit, praising her: "We are in our sixties and can't compare with you in your nineties. You are getting stronger every day!" Grandmother uses this as an opportunity to spread the wonderful news of Dafa to many of her neighbors. When she went to the hair salon for a haircut she clarified the truth to the hairdresser and gave her a Dafa blessing card as a keepsake. One of her neighbors who is eighty years old also received a Dafa card and started repeating, "Falun Dafa is great!" The other day, she fell and hit her head on the concrete floor. The hospital exam showed that she did not break any bones, and merely bruised her skin. Her daughter-in-law came to our house to thank my grandmother. We told her: "Believe in Dafa and you will be protected." One seventy-year-old neighbor who suffers severe congestive heart failure can not afford to go to the hospital. My grandmother gave her a blessing card as well, and, after several days of repeating, "Falun Dafa is good" she was able to go down the stairs without help. These seniors who benefited from Dafa shared their amazing stories with each other.

My grandmother watched me while I did the Falun Gong exercises. I taught her the second exercise. She was immediately able to do thirty minutes without feeling tired, and she felt very comfortable. She listens to Master's lectures explaining the truth of the universe. One time, after she quarreled with a neighbor over a misunderstanding, she remembered: "Master said to look inward when a conflict comes up, I was wrong." The misunderstanding was resolved a few days later.

Grandmother listens to Master's lectures daily. Her appearance has changed significantly. Her skin has become fair and smooth, and her eyes are now full of spirit. When she says, "Falun Dafa is good" she can feel the powerful energy. The other day, she moved sixty-five coal balls by herself. When I came home and told her to rest, but she said: "I am not tired at all, I can finish the whole job." It was July, the hottest month in Jinan City, yet she was not even short of breath.

Dafa teaches people to cultivate the heart, be kind, be good people, and to have healthy bodies. There are no requirements regarding age or social status in practicing Dafa. As long as you want to cultivate Master will look after you. My ninety-six-year-old grandmother and her elderly neighbors truly verified this with their experience: "Falun Dafa is good!"
