Korea: Second Annual Minghui School Summer Camp Concludes Successfully (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) From August 13 to August 15, Korean Minghui school students, parents, and teachers gathered at a Youth Hostel in Daejeon City for the second annual Minghui School Summer Camp. More than 70 young practitioners and 50 parents from Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu and Busan attended the summer camp.

Group Fa study

During the summer camp, little practitioners studied the teachings of Falun Dafa, practiced the exercises and learned how to clarify the truth by phone and mail. They also listened to the persecution facts shared by Ms. Gao Chengnu, who was detained in China and recently rescued to Korea.

The children were divided into groups for Fa study according to their ages. They also shared understanding on issues such as school challenges, cultivation tribulations, attachments, etc. Preschoolers also performed music created by practitioners.

The young practitioners got up at 5:50 a.m. every day to practice the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. They also learned how to fold paper lotus flowers and transcribe truth-clarifying messages. They painted paradises and stories of cultivation from their imagination, and recited several poems of Master Li in Chinese and Korean.

On the evening of the second day, an outdoor party was held. The little practitioners had an opportunity to play all kinds of traditional games. However, the goal was not to win, but to cooperate. At the end of the party, they formed "Falun Dafa" characters with candlelight to express their thankfulness for Master's great compassion.

On the last day, more than ten boys and girls shared their cultivation experiences in front of the whole group. We could feel that they were behaving as practitioners in the face of tribulations and were very determined to cultivate diligently in Dafa. The little practitioners promised each other they would cultivate diligently every day and come back next year.
