After Being Bedridden for Ten Years, I am Back at Work and in Good Health

(Clearwisdom.net) I am 52 years old. Our great compassionate Teacher Li Hongzhi cured my illnesses, which had kept me bedridden for ten years. This has caused quite a stir in our local area.

When I was only 27, I became very ill after giving birth. I would throw up when I ate. I could not eat or drink normally at all. Taking medicine, shots, and IV injections didn't help -- nothing worked for me. Three months later, my weight dropped from 106 pounds to 64 pounds. I was extremely thin. During the 12 years from July of 1980 to November of 1992, my life centered around taking shots and IV injections. I also developed ten other complications including heart disease, high blood pressure, a stomach ulcer, gastroptosis, appendicitis, gallbladder stones, and so on. When my illnesses acted up, I could not open my eyes; I felt so dizzy that the world would whirl in front of my eyes. In order to treat my illnesses, I visited a dozen hospitals in my area and other areas. I also used many special herbal formulas. I even went to a witch doctor for help. None of it worked. I eventually went to Peking Union Medical College Hospital, but the experts there could not help me either.

I was bedridden for ten years straight. I was in tears every day and I was all skin and bone. I could not take care of myself and I relied on my family members to take care of me. My husband had to carry me on his back for hospital visits. Over the years, I have spent tens of thousands of yuan on medical treatment. My illnesses often made me lose consciousness and as a result I have had experiences of struggling between life and death. By 1992, at the age of 39, I already looked like an old person. At the time I really felt like the misery was too much to endure. But I could not let go of my young children, so I had no choice but struggle on in pain.

On November 12, 1992, great compassionate Master Li Hongzhi came to my town to teach Falun Gong. After seeing Teacher, my body immediately underwent changes. The illnesses that had bothered me for years disappeared. Ten days later, I went back to work with a healthy body. When my colleagues saw me, they all said that Falun Gong was indeed miraculous.

I'm telling you this because I want to give this wonderful message to my friends, neighbors, and the world's people who are struggling in illness and who are lost in their life's journey. With all my heart I would like to tell you, "Falun Dafa is an upright teaching. The great compassionate Teacher, Li Hongzhi, is here to offer salvation. All lives need 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.' Please don't be fooled anymore by the lies by the Chinese Communist Party that were aimed to deceive the world. Try to understand Falun Dafa and you will definitely understand the meaning of your life."
