Six Practitioners from Hunan, Guangdong, Hebei and Other Provinces Persecuted to Death

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Long Xiangyun, 72, was a practitioner from Miaopu Branch of Jiangdong Shop, Zhuhui District, Hengyang City, Hunan Province. In June 2000, she went to Beijing to clarify the truth about Dafa and was unlawfully arrested then transferred to her home city and fined 2,000 yuan. Afterwards, officials from the local 610 Office and the police often harassed her at home. Her husband stopped her from practicing the exercises and studying the Fa because he was afraid of being fined repeatedly. Ms. Long Xiangyun's previous heart disease recurred and she passed away in August of 2001. Before she died, she told fellow practitioners several times to be of strong resolve and not to stop their cultivation.

Mr. Li Guobiao, 53, was a practitioner from Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. He previously had high blood pressure, but his blood pressure returned to normal after he started practicing Dafa. Since the year 2002, he was repeatedly harassed and unlawfully assaulted by the local police and the street committee over a long period of time, which caused him great mental distress. Mr. Li passed away on October 9, 2003.

Mr. Xing Zhuanyun, 81, was a practitioner from Beizhangbao Village, Raoyang County, Hebei Province. In the winter of 2004, personnel from the local 610 Office went to his village and asked him if he still intended to practice Falun Dafa. Mr. Xing answered "Yes." However, later on the 610 Office made up a "guarantee letter" for him, stating that he would quit practicing. This severely affected Mr. Xing mentally and physically, and he passed away on February 11, 2005.

Ms. Mi Changrong was a practitioner from Donghuayuan, Yunyang Town, Nanzhao County, and Nanyang City, Henan Province. Her husband Li Xingcheng went out to clarify the truth and was reported to the police by the principal of Donghuayuan Elementary School. Li Xingcheng was arrested by personnel from the 610 Office, and his workplace then refused to pay his salary, cutting off his family's only source of income. The police often went to their home to harass and threaten them. As a result of the constant abuse, Ms. Mi passed away on June 24, 2005.

Mr. Xiang Shufan, 74, was a practitioner from Yi County, Liaoning Province. Ever since he started practicing Falun Dafa in the beginning of 1999, many of his illnesses disappeared, and he was able to quit a smoking habit of more than 50 years. However, after the persecution began in July 1999, he was under great pressure from various people and agencies. His daughter, also a practitioner, was unlawfully detained and sent to a forced labor camp because she went to appeal for justice for Dafa and clarify the truth. This was a great blow to Mr. Xiang, and he passed away on January 29, 2004. Before he passed away, he told his relatives and friends to believe in Dafa and not to do anything damaging to Dafa.

Mr. Zhao Shouxin, 68, was a practitioner from Jianping County, Liaoning Province. He previously suffered from various diseases, but they all disappeared within one month of obtaining the Fa in January 1999. Since the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, Mr. Zhao's mental and physical health became severely damaged. Afraid of being affected by their father practicing Dafa, his children also pressured him not to practice. Mr. Zhao eventually passed away on May 18, 2004.
