Five Dafa Practitioners Persecuted to Death in the City of Tianjin, and in Hunan, Sichuan and Shandong Provinces

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Guo Qinglan, 57 years old, lived in Tianjin. In 1994 she found out that she had cancer of the mammary glands and one of her breasts was removed. The doctor said that she would only live for another 8 months. Luckily, she had a chance to obtain Dafa and after practicing, she gained very good health and recovered completely. She was very grateful and steadfast in practicing Falun Dafa. In April 1999, because some scientists slandered Dafa, she went to the Tianjin Education College to validate the Fa. On around July 20, 1999 she went with some practitioners to Beijing to validate Dafa . She was arrested and sent home by officials. No matter how the police and families interfered, her determination to practice never changed. The police went to her house to harass her many times, and each time she told them that Dafa was great, that Dafa had given her a second life. However, due to the constant harassment and interference by police, her family started to feel afraid and then they were made to cooperate with the police. This caused Guo Qinglian to have a relapse of her old ailment. She died in November 2001.

Ms. Zhang Siuyin, 61 years old, was retired from the financial department of the First People's Hospital in Bin County, Hunan Province. She began to practice Falun Dafa in 1996. She was always in very good health. Her family was very frightened by the horrible persecution, which started on July 20 1999, and they tried very hard to dissuade and even prevent her from practicing. In October 1999 she and several other practitioners went to Beijing to appeal. They were illegally arrested by police at the train station in Bin County, and were sent to a detention center. In a damp and chilly jail, they were treated inhumanely, suffering from all kinds of threats, intimidation, force feeding and other forms of torture and persecution. Thus Zhang developed the symptom of a recurring cough. Her family spent 5000 yuan to bail her out and await trial. They forced her to stop practicing the exercises and to not read Zhuan Falun, and her cough became worse and worse. She went to the hospital for a checkup and the diagnosis was lung cancer. The hospital promised her family that her sickness could be cured, but after 9 months Zhang Xioyin passed away.

Mr. Yang Xuezhi retired from a water treatment facility in Jiajiang County, Leshan City Sichuan Province. He went to Beijing in the year 2000 to validate Dafa, and he was arrested and sentenced to two years in a labor camp. In 2002, after he came home from the labor camp, he continuously clarified the truth to other people and validated Dafa. In February 2003, once again he was detained by the authorities, and endured all kinds of torture by the police and others. In March 2003, an official called his family to pick him up and take him home. Two days later, Mr. Yang died.

Ms. Luo Fengying, 36 years old, a farmer from Qinge Village, Suji Town, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, began practicing in 1999. Afterwards, many of her sicknesses disappeared. However, after the persecution began, she was illegally detained for 15 days. Later, local 610 Office personnel and Suji town police often confiscated items from her house, and they constantly threatened and terrorized her, which resulted in her death in June 2002.

Mr. Tang Jinxian, 67 years old, from Liayang City, Shandong Province, began to practice Falun Dafa in March 1998 and was healed of many illnesses. After July 20, 1999, even though he lost his original cultivation environment, he still persisted in practicing. He was arrested and persecuted, suffered a mental breakdown, and in March 2004 he passed away.
