Practitioner Ms. Sun Li from Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, is Taken Away by the County 610 Office

(Clearwisdom.net) On July 6, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Sun Li from Tugou Village, Shizilu Town, Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, was arrested from her home by agents of the county 610 Office. She is now detained in the Junan County Detention Center. More details follow:

On May 1, 2005, Junan County 610 Office personnel and the police, 20 to30 people in total, used five vehicles to illegally enter Ms. Sun Li's home and search it. Ms. Sun Li was away, but her teenage son was home and was very frightened by the police break-in. The police were not overly careful in their search and left the house in disarray. It was the fifth time Ms. Sun's house was searched since the persecution of Falun Dafa began in 1999. Ms. Sun Li was forced to abandon her home and become destitute to avoid arrest but to no avail.

On the same day, four other practitioners in the same village had their homes illegally searched. They are Ms. Chen Xinxia, Ms. Xiao Mingxia, Ms. Yan Xia, and Ms. Zhao Erhua. Police confiscated their Falun Dafa books, Master Li's photos, and truth-clarifying material. Ms. Chen Xinxia and Ms. Xiao Mingxia were detained in the county detention center. Ms. Chen Xinxia went on a hunger strike for more than 20 days, endangering her life, but the authorities nevertheless sent her and Ms. Xiao to forced labor camps. Ms. Chen Xinxia was rejected due to her poor physical condition, but Ms. Xiao is now in the Shandong Province Women's Labor Camp.
