Clarifying the Truth While Visiting Fellow Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) On August 11^th, 2005, four of us went to visit fellow practitioners who were illegally incarcerated in the Women's Prison of Shandong Province. After we completed all the applications, a policewoman asked us, "Do you guys practice or believe in Falun Gong?" We did not answer her question directly. Instead, we asked her, "What does it have to do with our visit?" She said firmly, "There is a regulation from upper management; 'Do not allow people who practice or believe in Falun Gong to visit prisoners.' If I break the regulation, I will be punished." We understood that this was because the evil in the other dimension was controlling her. We did not give up, started to clarify the truth to her, and sent forth righteous thoughts continuously. After about twenty minutes, we could feel that her concepts changed a bit. However, she still refused to let us visit. She told us that she had to attend a meeting and then left.

Facing this problem, we discussed and exchanged our ideas immediately. We thought that this was not simply a problem of a rejected visit. This was really a chance for us to break the arrangement of the old forces, and clarify the truth to the predestined people here in order to save them. In addition, it was a chance to communicate with the fellow practitioners in the prison, to help rescue them and improve as one body.

After we had gotten a clear understanding of the problem, our righteous thoughts became much stronger. We asked Master to support us and help us to make the right decisions. A practitioner decided to stay outside to send forth righteous thoughts, and three of us decided to go back in to talk to the management of the prison. At this moment, a group of people was walking by. We were sending forth righteous thoughts and followed them into the main lobby on the first floor. Then we went to the fourth floor and found the administrative office. After explaining our intentions, we were led to the office of the director and met with an official who came from the provincial government office to inspect the prison works. We briefly explained the situation and mentioned that we wanted to meet with our fellow practitioners in the jail. She said, "If you believe in Falun Gong, you are not allowed to meet with them." After we peacefully clarified the truth to her, she stopped talking to us. Instead, she picked up the telephone to arrange our visit. However, she could not find the people in charge for a long time. We understood that it was interference and kept sending forth righteous thoughts. During the meeting, she asked us several times, "Do you guys also practice Falun Gong?"

During the meeting, if our minds started to fluctuate, we would quickly concentrate again. Later, the director of the administrative office was called in. We took this chance to clarify the truth to her and sent forth the righteous thoughts at the same time. After listening to our words, she said calmly, "We do not care if Falun Gong is good or bad. Even though you are Falun Gong practitioners, we could not put you in jail without a legal procedure." Subsequently, she called in the chief officer for the group where our fellow practitioners were imprisoned. We took the chance again to clarify the truth to her. Although they did not clearly show agreement or opposition, they were listening all the time. Finally, they told us that we could chat about everything except Falun Gong issues during the visit. In such a way, under the support of Master, we met with our fellow practitioners.

During the meeting with the prison management, Master kept supporting us. Our minds were very peaceful and our righteous thoughts were very strong. We persistently rejected the arrangement of the old forces and kept clarifying the truth to them in a reasonable and wise manner. Therefore, a good communication channel was established. According to regulations of the prison, we could only meet with our fellow practitioners for half an hour. However, we spent almost an hour together.

After the visit, some interference occurred. We had to spend nine hours going back home when it normally would take only five hours. We understood that we still had some problem coordinating as a whole body.

From the experience of our Jinan City trip, we gained deeper understandings about the following issues: If our intention is to save people and we firmly believe in Master and Falun Gong, all the arrangements of the old forces are nothing but illusions in this world. To validate the Fa and to save people, we should not be moved by illusions in this world or our attachments. It is very powerful to work as one body. Good coordination as one body is essential. It is our responsibility to save our fellow practitioners, and we should place more emphasis on this. We should not have the mentality of relying on ordinary people, because everything happening today is for Dafa. It is up to us save people rather than asking ordinary people to do something for us. In addition, we need to help the families of imprisoned practitioners understand the truth. Then they will help rescue their family members and to end this evil persecution as soon as possible.
