Practitioners Invited to U.S. Congressman's Picnic (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) At noon on September 18 2005, Congressman Rob Andrews hosted a picnic with over one thousand attendees at a park in southern New Jersey, and local Falun Gong practitioners were invited.

Congressman Andrews has been reelected for 7 terms and he has supported Falun Gong practitioners' efforts to end the persecution. The practitioners thanked him for his support and took a photo with him.

A Senator of New Jersey, Mr. Jon Corzine, also attended the picnic. Falun Gong practitioners clarified the truth of the persecution to him and asked him to support Falun Gong.

During the event, Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated Chinese calligraphy and gave out bookmarks introducing Falun Gong. People liked both very much. While chatting with other attendees, they found that the American people are appalled by the Chinese Communist Party's atrocities and brutal violation of human rights.
