Taiwan: Practitioners Perform at a Celebration Held during the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On September 18, 2005, a celebration for the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival was held in Zaociao, Miaoli County, Taiwan. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to give a waist drum performance, and more than 100 practitioners participated in the event. Some held banners reading, "Falun Dafa is Good," and "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance," while the rest played waist drums to the accompaniment of the song, "Falun Dafa is Good." Their procession through the streets and lanes attracted more than 5,000 residents from three villages.

The hosting organization arranged for the police to drive in front of the practitioners' procession. Spectators were very pleased to see such a large-scale performance and applauded warmly. After arriving at the designated performance site, the practitioners performed again. After the party, the host organization expressed appreciation to the practitioners for their participation in the event and hoped they would attend future events.
