Sharing with Fellow Practitioners Who Still Fear Falun Gong Is Getting Political
(Clearwisdom.net) I am a Falun Dafa practitioner. As practitioners,
regardless of how long we have we been practicing, or how high or how low our
understanding of the Fa, we believe in gods. Our belief may have come about
because of the historical evolvement of the human world, or because we witnessed
the miracles of Dafa. The Fa-rectification is arriving during this time. It will arrive whether
people and practitioners have or have not witnessed the supernatural power of
Dafa. At the same time, they will also witness the Fa-rectification path of Dafa.
They will be made aware of the price paid during the several years of inhuman
persecution. Nonetheless, even today, there are still people accusing Falun Gong of being
political. If such accusations come from the mouths of everyday people, we can
forgive them. But, if they comes from practitioners, especially practitioners
from China, I believe it to be a serious matter. Those people are not clear
about the fundamental reason for Dafa being spread. Teacher told us very clearly in Zhuan Falun: "The Dharma-ending Period does not only pertain to Buddhism, but also
the corruption of many dimensions beneath a very high-level dimension.
'Dharma-ending' does not only refer to Buddhism; it also means that in human
society there is no sense of spiritual obligation that maintains
morality." It is clear that the Fa comes to rectify the human world. It rectifies
dimensions from very high levels down to lower dimensions. Rectification does
not pertain only to the human world. Look closely at humans. Nowadays, people do not understand the meaning of
morality. They consider that you are civilized when saying "sorry" and
"thanks." Unimaginable immoral behavior has become the norm.
Newspapers carry stories about places where people are getting killed, where
there are disasters, and major accidents that happen daily. People have become
numb. They can no longer care. They are busy with their affairs, not caring
about others. Why? Because they have heard or seen too much misery. What is politics? In the mind of modern Chinese, it means going all out for
power and profit. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) exists simply as a pretext
for assuming power. As long as you do not take away my power, I will not attack
you. It does not matter if you kill, set a fire or get involved in bad
activities, I will give you the green light. If it has any effect on my power,
even if it is of great benefit, I will take immediate action. Alas, those in
power do not care if the evil CCP spirit possesses them. They only care about
making money. Dafa's requirement for the Dafa practitioner is to not pursue gain and loss
in ordinary society. Sickness can be cured only by giving up attachments. Giving
up attachments is the prerequisite for gong to grow. This is the only
measurement that verifies whether you are a genuine practitioner. How can you
say that Dafa is getting political? Those who are political must have a lot of
vices, including selfishness. This is the fundamental characteristic of a person
who contends for power. In "Teaching the Fa in the City of Chicago," Teacher recently said, "The beings Shakyamuni and Jesus saved were intentionally placed there
for them, and that laid cultural groundwork in history for Dafa. At the same
time, [what they went through was] an indication of the problems divine beings
would come across and encounter on their path, played out in history for
today's people to see. And they of course wanted me to see it." See what? Wasn't the intent for people to realize that whoever practices
cultivation would be persecuted? They let Teacher see it. Aren't they creating
tough problems for Teacher's Fa-rectification? How do you deal with it? Isn't
today's persecution of Dafa and Dafa practitioners the same as the treatment of
Jesus? A god came to the human world to offer salvation. How lucky are human
beings? They should respect gods highly. Alas, what did human beings do? They
nailed Jesus to a cross. Did a god deserve such treatment from humans? The old forces do not treat people as humans. They turn people into animals.
Are human beings really cold blooded animals who do not understand how to
distinguish good from evil, and kindness from viciousness? This is an insult to
mankind. Even rational everyday people do not like to be insulted this way, not
to mention Dafa practitioners! We should at least protect human dignity. What
kind of thinking acknowledges people in power who are under the evil CCP
spirit's possession by saying that we are getting political? We also are not
ordinary cultivators. We are practitioners of the Fa-rectification period who
came to assist Teacher in rectifying the Fa. Under no circumstance can we allow
the treatment of Jesus to be repeated in the human world. We came with Teacher
to change this situation. As part of the Fa-rectification, we are educating
people so they can distinguish good from evil, and right from wrong. We cannot
allow them to follow blindly like sheep. Some everyday people, even some Dafa practitioners, still do not fully
understand why Teacher came to the United States. It is also one of the causes
for the motto "Falun Gong is getting political." Actually, Teacher was
able to come to the United States during the early years. With regards to this
persecution, it shows Teacher's ability of insight and foreknowledge. I am very
proud of having such a great Teacher. Moreover, Teacher came to rectify the
cosmic body, and offer salvation to sentient beings at every level, from the
micro to the macro. The human world means all of humankind, not just Chinese.
Only this way can all people be gathered and rescued. Teacher is selfless. He is watching all sentient beings of the cosmos.
Therefore, he teaches practitioners to be enlightened beings that are selfless.
However the old cosmos is based on selfishness. There is a proverb, "If a
person is not for himself, he will be condemned by heaven and earth." The
evildoers adhere closely to such thought in their suppression and persecution of
Dafa and Dafa practitioners. But, they did not expect that "heaven"
has turned into a new heaven, and that "earth" has turned into a new
earth. The selfish "heaven and earth" can no longer exist. The places
they can take shelter are getting fewer and fewer. The selfish principle is gone
for eternity. Fa-rectification is reducing the old realm rapidly. Therefore, the
selfish people fear losing a foothold and insist on saying "Falun Gong is
getting political!" They do so to prolong their existence as long as
possible. However, if a Dafa practitioner also says Dafa is getting political, what
does that mean? Are you really muddle-headed or are you protecting someone?
People in power are using the evil Communist Party as a pretext for holding on
to power and seeking wealth. The ancient Chinese proverb clearly spells this
out, "Forming a clique to pursue selfish interest." The Communist evil spirit uses these evildoers who hold only bad thoughts to
persecute Dafa practitioners. They bully the Chinese into obedience with the
label "getting political." But what behavior meets the standard of
getting political? Even senior CCP officials are unable to explain it clearly. Fellow practitioners who adhere to the "getting political" label
fear that they will be implicated. Obviously, they put selfishness first,
because they do not understand the meaning of getting political. Their
fundamental reasoning is wrong. Selfishness blocks their sight. They can't see
the Buddha's light illuminating all things. I admit that my words are a little strong, but I am really concerned. I
sincerely hope these fellow practitioners can become selfless, look at the
cosmic dimensions and Dafa, and view the root cause through looking at history
and prehistoric civilization. Then they will understand what we are doing and
what Dafa is doing. As the evil persecution continues, and Dafa practitioners pay a painful
price, Teacher told us to "calmly reflect on how many attachments you have,
as you get rid of human mentality, evil naturally disappears" ("Don't
Be Sad" from Hongyin II). How can you say that Dafa is getting
political? Can people who are getting political do the same as Dafa
practitioners? The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party removes the
veil of the CCP's evil spirit. More people see clearly the features of the evil
demon from close and from far away. There is a saying, "The real man handle
affairs, the real man takes responsibility." The head of the CCP who
pretends to be leading China is capable of staging something as vile as the
"Tiananmen Square Self-Immolation Incident." But, he dares not face up
to his responsibility. Falun Gong practitioners show the self-immolation recording in slow motion
and let people watch it carefully to reveal the truth. But the CCP arrests
practitioners everywhere and claims Falun Gong is "getting political."
What is most ridiculous is that some practitioners also think this way. Think
about it, where are you positioning yourself? You must know Buddhas are the guardian gods of the cosmos, not only the human
world. They do not protect specifically certain countries and certain people.
The Buddha Fa is to restrict the entire cosmic body, which also includes the
level of humankind. Nonetheless, the law is not specially made for human
society. The Buddha Fa is not to replace the national law of a country. In the near future, mankind will have their own laws. Human beings will also
elect leaders who are responsible and deal fairly with everyone. But, they won't
be Dafa practitioners in the Fa-rectification period. Teacher won't inquire
about everyday people's power. A god can protect practicioners, allow an
ordinary person to be safe during disaster and arrange everything, but a god
will not rule the affairs of everyday people. However, the three realms and the human world that were created by gods is
the necessary path that must be taken by numerous gods and sentient beings for
their journey of return. Any people or demons who try to obstruct numerous gods
and sentient beings from progressing, will not be tolerated by numerous gods at
every level of the cosmos, and will not be allowed to exist in the future. This
is also what Teacher has initiated during this Fa-rectification. Teacher wish is
that there is a future for later generations. The above is my understanding. Please kindly point out any misunderstanding. |
