Sydney: Falun Gong Practitioners Take Part in Local Annual Multicultural Festival (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On August 27, a local annual multicultural festival was held in the city of Canterbury. This year, the city government invited Falun Dafa practitioners to participate in the parade and stage performances.

The weather was glorious, and the people were in a festive mood. The Falun Dafa practitioners' procession was the most splendid one in the parade this year. Practitioners unfurled colorful banners that read, "Falun Dafa is great", and "The world needs Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance." Spectators along the route cheered and clapped.

Falun Gong exercise demonstration

On the stage, young practitioners and women practitioners who dressed in Tang Dynasty attire demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises. Their demonstration won warm applause from the audience. The Falun Gong stall also attracted numerous local residents. Many people came to request more information. The practitioners distributed lots of truth-clarifying materials. During the celebration, local residents had the chance to witness the beauty of Falun Dafa.
