Numerous Practitioners Arrested from the Railroad Mechanical Section in Shijiazhuang

(Clearwisdom.net) In early December, the local authorities arrested numerous practitioners in Shijiazhuang. We learned that among them there are four to five practitioners who worked in the Railroad Mechanical Section. One was section chief Yu Lin from the section foundation building, two were workers from the revolving trains section, and another was a retiree.

Since the persecution of Falun Gong started in China, many practitioners from the Railroad Mechanical Section have suffered various means of persecution.

1. Mr. Ding Lihong died in December of 2002 at the age of 36. Ding Lihong was a train operator from the Railroad Mechanical Section. He lived in Jianming District, Shi City. Since practicing Falun Dafa he lived his life in accordance to "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," rid himself of his bad habits, and improved his body and mind. After the persecution started, he traveled to Beijing four times to validate Dafa. Policemen unconstitutionally detained, fined, and ransacked his house numerous times.

In September of 2001, a Shijiazhuang city policeman arrested him on the street. After being detained, he went on a hunger strike for over 20 days to protest. His medical health was so poor that he was released. Since then, he left home to avoid the persecution. In February of 2002, the Shijiazhuang Police Station pressured the Shijiazhuang Railroad Mechanical Section to trick Ding Lihong's parents. When Ding Lihong went to visit them, he was arrested and sent to the Hebei Provincial Capital Brainwashing Center. While there, the Railroad Mechanical Section sent money and people to participate in the persecution. Because of his steadfast resolve to practice Falun Dafa, he suffered through various kinds of torture. He was deprived of sleep for about a month, injected with a high concentration of saline intended to make him physically sick, force fed alcohol and subjected to severe beatings. After two weeks of mental and physical torture, Ding Lihong used his righteous faith in Master and his Dafa-given wisdom, and left the brainwashing center openly and boldly. 2. Mr. Wang Xinzhong was an employee in the Railroad Mechanical Section. He was always a conscientious worker. In May 2001, the 610 Office from Shijiazhuang broke into the Railroad Mechanical Section and beat Wang Xinzhong, who was working at the time. They took him away and tortured him, and later returned him to the Railroad Mechanical Section and put him under house arrest. Wang Xinzhong walked out of the company and became homeless to avoid the persecution. When he returned home late in 2001, the police together with his daughter, who had already been brainwashed, took him away to the Hebei Provincial Capital Brainwashing Center. The Railroad Mechanical Section sent money and people to participate in the persecution. Wang Xinzhong went through inhumane torture, and was able to get away in May 2002. He once again went homeless to avoid the persecution. In October 2002, police from the Wanbolin Police Division, Taiyuan City, Taigu County, Shanxi Province arrested him. They tortured him and sent him to the Shijiazhuang City Labor Camp's second group, where he was tortured even more. His family of three is missing.

3. Mr. Liu Lijiang, in his 30s, was an employee in the Railroad Mechanical Section. Because he was steadfast in practicing Falun Dafa, he was demoted to a minor position in the workshop. He went to Beijing to appeal in March of 2002. He was unconstitutionally detained and tortured at the Railroad Detention Center. In October 2000, the Suburban Police Division arrested and sent him to Shijiazhuang Second Detention Center. In June of 2002, officials from the Railroad Mechanical Section were planning to send him to the brainwashing center, so he and his wife were forced to leave home and go homeless to avoid the persecution. In early April 2005, Yuhua Police arrested Liu Lijiang and held him at the Railroad Detention Center. The police brutally beat and tortured him. Later they sent him to the infamous Hebei Provincial Capital Brainwashing Center, where he was tortured mentally and physically.
