One year ago, the local police unlawfully arrested Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Wu Junde from Shenyang City and sent him to a labor camp for hanging up Falun Gong truth clarification banners. In the past year, Ms. Wu has been severely tortured at the Shenxin Labor Camp. In early September 2005, a camp division head isolated Mr. Wu. He tied him up, gagged him and shocked him with an electric baton. Mr. Wu's teeth became loose and he suffered severe injuries from the torture.
