Practitioners Mr. Li Qin, Ms. Pi Fenghua and Ms. Yu Xiaojuan from Lishu County, Jilin Province, Sentenced without Due Process

Practitioners Mr. Li Qin and Ms. Pi Fenghua, husband and wife, and Ms. Yu Xiaojuan, all from Lishu County, Jilin Province, were arrested in July 2005. They are being tortured at the county detention center. Ms. Pi Fenghua can no longer walk as a result of torture. In December 2005, the three of them were sentenced without due process. Ms. Yu Xiaojuan received a three-year sentence and is being held at Changchun City Heizuizi Women's Prison. Mr. Li Qin received a three-year sentence and is being held at Jilin Prison. Ms. Pi Fenghua received a one-year sentence and is being detained at Lishu County Detention Center.
