(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Li Shunxian, 61, was from Jiuqudian Village, Hedong District, Linyi City, Shandong Province. He worked in the Machine Tool Plant in Linyi City. Due to a serious disease of the liver, he was not able to work and had to rest at home for a long time. In 2001, the liver disease developed into liver ascites and he contracted diabetes as well. He was at the brink of death. After he practiced Falun Gong for several months, he recovered from all his diseases. He and his wife did not give up their belief after the persecution started on July 20, 1999. His wife was arrested several times and persecuted. The local Communist government, the village officials and personnel from the local 610 Office detained Mr. Li several times. They extorted money from him and fined him. He was traumatized and lived in fear. Due to this extensive persecution, he suffered a relapse of his diseases and passed away in February 2004.

Ms. Wang Chongxia, in her 60's, was from Xinghualing District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. She was a practitioner from Jin'an Chemical Plant in Wohushan area. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1996. She went to Tiananmen Square to validate Dafa on December 22, 2000. The police from the Qianmen Substation arrested her. Later on the perpetrators from the Shanxi Government Office in Beijing detained her and she was then sent to Taiyuan City by the police led by Gao Feng from the Dunhuafang Police Substation in Xinghualing District. The police also raided her home. Then she was transferred to a Custodial Station in Taiyuan and was detained there. In April 2001, she was sent to a brainwashing session located in the Zhenchen Male Labor Camp in Taiyuan City. She did not get home until July. Policeman Gao Feng continued to harass her by visiting her home frequently. Serious symptoms redeveloped and she passed away in June 2005.

Mr. Xie, in his 60's, was a Dafa practitioner from Anda City, Heilongjiang Province. He was detained and persecuted in Beijing in 2000. He died ten days after he came back home. Before he started to practice Falun Gong in 1998, he had suffered from many diseases. He practiced Falun Gong diligently and recovered quickly. He kept his determined belief in Dafa after the persecution started in 1999. In December 2000 he went to Beijing to validate Dafa and was arrested in Tiananmen Square. He kept shouting out "Falun Dafa is good!" the whole time. He was detained in the police substation near Tiananmen Square for two days. Then his lung disease recurred. He died ten days after he returned home.

Mr. Liu Binglie, 74 years old, was a Falun Gong practitioner from Heilongjiang Province. He did not give up his practice of Falun Gong and went to Beijing to validate the Fa. The police harassed him and threatened him many times after he returned home. They then detained and persecuted him. He was traumatized. He suffered a relapse of an old illness and passed away on January 15, 2004.
