State Security Agents of the Muling City Police Department Extort Money from Practitioners

Muling City Police Department Chief Sun Jibin (male) has been in his current position for less than six months, but more than 30 Falun Dafa practitioners have been arrested at his direction. Many have been sent to forced labor camps and subjected to cruel tortures. As soon as these practitioners were arrested, they were told to pay at least 10,000 yuan to keep from being sent to forced labor camps. The Muling City Police Department has received the "Advanced Department" award from the national police system.
