(Clearwisdom.net) On December 15, 2005, the "Winter Seasonal Traveling Conference" was held in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province. Miyi County communist officials persecuted Dafa practitioners during the conference. All city and county officials in leading positions arrived in Miyi County on December 15. Notice was given that Falun Gong practitioners were under house arrest and could not even go to the market. Salian County Dafa practitioner Deng Changlan was arrested because she went to the market. She was detained and her house was ransacked. Plainclothes police guarded all roads throughout Miyi County and villages. No car was allowed to pass after 7 a.m. On December 14, Dafa practitioners of Xinhe Village, Miyi County were reported when they had group Fa study. 35 practitioners were arrested and taken to the village government office. Practitioners' houses were ransacked and their personal property was confiscated.
