Security Section Chief Who Persecuted Falun Dafa Practitioners Receives Karmic Retribution and Dies
(Clearwisdom.net) [Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic
retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions,
is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic
of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe
will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such
as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good
deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution.
Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this
principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who
persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law
requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by
reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.] The Security Section Chief, Han Mingfei (male), who worked in the former Dye
and Weave Factory of Weifang City in Shandong Province (the name has since been
changed to the Xinsheng Spinning and Weaving Corporation) was around forty-three
years old. After July 20, 1999, he had been actively involved in persecuting
Falun Dafa practitioners. Ms. Sun Xiaomin (previously reported on the Minghui
website) was dismissed from the factory because she is a Falun Dafa
practitioner. The Security Section extorted a fine of five thousand yuan
each from practitioners Ms. Pei Yuhua, Ms. Zhang Xiuju and Mr. Wang Xinping and
three thousand yuan from Mr. Kui Shoumin. About ten more practitioners also had
fines of unknown amounts extorted from them. The Security Section collected all
of the fines. In addition, Han Mingfei was afraid that the Dafa practitioners would go to
the factory to clarify the truth. He ordered that no practitioner
who had retired from the factory was allowed to enter the factory. Whoever let a
practitioner in would be fined. A security guard who did let a practitioner in
to the factory was fined. Han Mingfei was actively involved in the persecution of Falun Dafa
practitioners. He died suddenly from a cerebral hemorrhage on September 9, 2005. The new Security Section Chief is Meng Jianxin (male). We now kindly advise
him not to repeat Han Mingfei's mistakes, for the sake of the future of himself
