Detained Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Pei Shuhua's Life in Danger

(Clearwisdom.net) On November 4, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Pei Shuhua from Changchun City, Jilin Province was arrested while clarifying the truth. She has been on a hunger strike ever since to protest, and her life is now in danger. She is being held in the Changchun City Police Hospital. Her life is sustained by intravenous injection. We have learned that the police department notified her employer, the Shuangyang District Hospital in Changchun City, but her employer refused to be involved, saying that they were "too busy."

Ms. Pei Shuhua has been detained for two months, but the police department did not notify her family as required by law and intentionally concealed Ms. Pei's critical physical condition. The police department has fabricated evidence, attempting to have Ms. Pei Shuhua sentenced to prison, but the Procuratorate has refused to hear the case without sufficient evidence. Her case file has been sent back to the police department. We do not know what further action the police department will take regarding Ms. Pei's case.

We hereby demand the immediate release of Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Pei Shuhua from the Shuangyang District Police Department.
