(Clearwisdom.net) Certain "610 Offices" in Hebei Province recently ordered local news agencies to prohibit the publication or broadcast of missing-persons ads looking for Ms. Han Yuzhi and Ms. Liu Jizhi. People find it strange and wonder why someone would want to ban small ads. As a result, more people are paying attention to the truth of the matter.

Practitioners wrote the following letter to the media in Tangshan City to expose the truth of the persecution of Falun Gong and to make people aware of the wonders of Falun Gong.

--- The Crime It Tries to Conceal

Respected Friends in Media Circles:

Recently you may have received orders from the Tangshan City 610 Office that strictly prohibits broadcasting a news bulletin searching for two women.

Who are those two women? Why does the 610 Office place so much emphasis on this without giving any reason? Don't you think this is strange?

Evildoers fear exposure the most. What is hidden behind this ban is a horrific crime that has shocked the world - a policeman in Zhuozhou City raped two upright women! Let's take a look at the inside story:

"My name is Liu Jizhi. I am fifty-one years old and live in Xituan Village, Dongchengfang Town, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. I used to have low blood pressure, arrhythmia and leg pain. My biggest problem was a herniated disk in my lower back, preventing me from getting out of bed. My illnesses made me to have a bad temper. I started cultivating Falun Dafa in February 1999. After only one month of practicing Falun Dafa, I could join the field labor and do my household chores. My family became peaceful. My children all said, "Mom, your temper has changed!" Falun Dafa changed my life and brought happiness to my family.

But several months later, the unscrupulous CCP started the persecution of Falun Dafa. Local officials from the Communist Regime and from the police station regularly harassed us. Our family's peaceful life disappeared.

Ms. Liu Jizhi was severely beaten

Ms. Liu Jizhi was raped and extorted 3,000 Yuan

On November 24, 2005, around 8:00 p.m. a group of 610 Office personnel and local policemen suddenly climbed over our stone fence and stormed into my house. They said I practice Falun Gong at home and arrested me.

In the morning of November 25, 2005, policeman He Xuejian escorted me to his dorm room. His colleague policeman Wang Zengjun was in his bed; 610 Office agent Wang Huiqi was standing in the room. He Xuejian beat me with a rubber baton several times; he then pinched my breasts. He lifted up my shirt and said, "The flesh is very tender." He used an electric baton, shocked my nipples and said, "This is fun! Her nipples sparked!" Then he pushed me onto his bed and started to strip off my pants. 610 Office agent Wang Huiqi was standing in the room the entire time. He left the room when he saw He Xuejian had started taking my pants off. I said, "For your own good, do not do such a bad deed! Do not commit a crime that heaven will not forgive! You are a young man. I beg you to leave me, an old woman, alone."

He refused to listen to my plea and raped me. Afterwards He Xuejian shamelessly shouted like an animal, "Old woman, open your eyes, look at me!" He also slapped me one more time. His roommate policeman Wang Zengjun was lying in the bed the entire time. He turned his head to look at what was happening and didn't utter a word or attempt to stop him. When it was over I cried and left the room. He Xuejian called in Ms. Han Yuzhi, a female practitioner in her 40s who was also detained there and raped her, too.

On November 26, my father-in-law borrowed three thousand yuan (He initially borrowed one thousand yuan, but the police said it was not enough. He then borrowed another two thousand yuan), and bailed me out from the police station. My two daughters are both in school and need a lot of money. The harvest was not good. This three thousand yuan is a heavy burden on our family. ..."

Ms. Liu Jizhi and Ms. Han Yuzhi are missing at present and nobody knows their whereabouts. Their husbands are in grieve and indignation and miss their wives very much. Nevertheless, the 610 Office prohibits publication of the missing-persons report to cover up their crime.

We believe all kind-hearted people will be enraged after reading the above. Under bright daylight and with people present both inside and outside the room, the policeman committed such an atrocity twice, an atrocity below even an animal. He did this against two women the age of his own mother, in his own town.

Is He Xuejian born to be heartless and wicked? Certainly not! To have lost his human nature to this extent he must also pass through a process, from human to animal. This is also the process that Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist Party went through to persecute Falun Gong for more than six years, trample human rights, encourage to commit and harbor crimes, from top to bottom.

a. Jiang Zemin harnesses the power of the CCP to frequently turn on the crime switch

Let's recall the "April 25 ten-thousand-practitioner peaceful appeal" in 1999. Zhu Rongji, the then Premier of the central Communist Regime, had peacefully resolved the issue and openly expressed that the government would not interfere with the mass public exercise activities. Jiang, however, overthrew the government's promises and disregarded the opposition by all six other members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau, launched the nationwide persecution by overriding the Constitution. When the suppression caused repugnancy from the general public, he staged the self-immolation incident that shocked the whole world, in order to incite people's hatred towards Falun Gong. The International Education Development (IED) organization declared in the United Nations that the self-immolation incident on Tiananmen Square was staged by the Chinese Communist Regime to frame Falun Gong. The series of crimes committed by Jiang has caused the society to ignore rule of law as a whole.

b. The Policy to Instigate Crimes against Falun Gong, "No measure is too excessive" "Do not identify the body, cremate locally"

The CCP dictator Jiang Zemin constantly clamored, "I simply don't believe that the Communist Party cannot defeat Falun Gong", "Destroy their reputation, bankrupt them financially and eliminate them physically", "Beating [Falun Gong practitioners] to death is nothing, it is counted as suicide; no need to check their identity, cremate the bodies straight away", "Nothing is excessive in dealing with Falun Gong." Under the instigation of Jiang Zemin and the CCP, torture and atrocities are happening every day:

On May 13, 2003, a police officer in Chongqing raped Wei Xingyan, a female Falun Gong practitioner and a graduate student from Chongqing University. The lecturer who exposed the crime was sentenced harshly for "revealing state secrets." In October 2000, Masanjia Labor Camp in Liaoning Province stripped 18 female Falun Gong practitioners and threw them into cells filled with men. On May 14, 2001, a police officer in Beijing beat and raped a female Falun Gong practitioner in public. In 2001 the police in Hebei Province gang raped a number of female Falun Gong practitioners. The police in Dalian Labor Camp, Liaoning Province, stripped a female practitioner, cuffed her up spread-eagle, then inserted hot peppers, a mop handle, and a brush into her vagina, causing her extreme pain and profuse bleeding. She still suffers severe after-effects. Practitioners were forced into mental hospitals and injected with unknown drugs, causing them to suffer mental disorders.

To date, at least 2791 Falun Gong practitioners have died as a result of torture, at least 6,000 were unlawfully sentenced to imprisonment, more than 100,000 were sent to labor camps without trials. This is indeed an unprecedented calamity of genocide.

c. Rewarding and covering up crimes: those who have beaten Falun Gong practitioners to death are rewarded and promoted

Criminals who have beaten Falun Gong practitioners to death were chosen as "advanced models." They could join the Party and be promoted. A large amount of money was allocated to reward those who participate in the persecution. Take the notorious Masanjia Labor Camp in Liaoning Province for example. The Ministry of Justice rewarded the camp with a one million yuan special fund. Women's section head Su Jing was given the title of " First Grade Heroine" with a cash bonus of 50,000 yuan. It is under such instigation by Jiang Zemin's hoodlum clique and the evil CCP that a large number of government officials, police and judiciary personnel, became inhuman and utterly unconscionable. They willingly turned themselves into CCP hatchet men and accomplices for fame and gain.

It is therefore not at all surprising that there are such beasts in human clothing like He Xuejian. In fact, the malevolent CCP has "trained" tens of thousands of such hooligans. Society and morals are going downhill every day. Ethics are totally lost. Wicked people run wild while good people suffer. Isn't all this caused by the malevolent CCP?

The 2003 incident in Tianhe Detention Center in Guangzhou City in which a university student, Sun Zhigang, was beaten to death, was a result of the brutish nature of the police, "trained" in their frenzied persecution of Falun Gong under the instigation of the CCP. Prior to this incident, at least two Falun Gong practitioners were tortured to death in the same camp.

Scholars outside China hold the following view: "The death of Sun Zhigang resulted from the brutal persecution of Falun Gong. Sun Zhigang was only an ordinary member of the society, and the persecution of Falun Gong indicates that every member of the society is subjected to possible harm and loss of basic human rights."

People were shocked to learn about the unjust case of Li Jiuming, a police office in Nanbao Prison. However, there are many more atrocious crimes still unknown to the people in Tangshan.

Chen Man, the Party head of the CCP committee of Tangshan City, used to clamor, " We would rather have a few dead than fail to meet the reformation rate." From July 1999 (when the persecution formally started) to date, 55 Falun Gong practitioners have died as a result of persecution by the law-enforcement departments in Tangshan.

In order to force Liu Sujun into a brainwashing class, the 610 Office personnel aborted her unborn child when she was seven months pregnant.

Practitioners were force-fed and sent to mental hospitals.

Ankang Hospital doctors injected unknown drugs into practitioners, causing them extreme pain and near mental collapse.

50-year-old Falun Gong practitioner Meng Jincheng from Jiuzhai Village, Baozidian Town, Zunhua, used to be a disabled person who had to use crutches before he practiced Falun Gong. Through practicing Falun Gong, he did not need the crutches any more and was able to earn his own living. Simply because he said, "Falun Gong cured my illnesses," he was unlawfully sent to a labor camp on July 7, 2003. He was brutally beaten to death by eight or nine criminals under the instigation of police officer Wang Yulin on the same day he was taken to Hehuakeng Labor Camp. (Wang Yulin lived at No. 102, Entrance 2, Floor 19, Wenbeixilou, Tangshan City).

The authorities pierced Sun Jianzhong's collarbone with a nail, and force-fed him human excrement and urine.

The police led ferocious dogs to bite 19-year-old female practitioner Sun Jing. They later beat her to death.

Gao Yongjing, head of the 610 Office of Hehuakeng Labor Camp stated more than once, " We would not reform the cinerary casket," meaning that they will persecute Falun Gong practitioners as long as they are still alive (Gao Yongjing lives at 13-1, North Building, Diaoyutai, Lubei District, Tangshan).

Wang Jianzhong, police officer from Kaiping Labor Camp twice shouted to Dong Shugui, "If Jiang Zemin asks us to bury Falun Gong practitioners alive, you will be my first pick!"

At present, Falun Dafa has been spread to 78 countries and regions, and the book Zhuan Falun has been translated into over 30 languages. In 1998, China's State Sports Committee estimated that there were 70 million Falun Gong practitioners. There are more than 400,000 in Taiwan alone. Regardless of one's race and nationality, every Falun Gong practitioner has gained good health and improved morality through the practice, thus making better contributions to society. Many countries and regions have praised Falun Dafa. There are 1337 proclamation letters to date. In contrast, in China, good people who believe in "Truth-Compassion-Forbearance" are abused, tortured and killed. Shouldn't we think deeply about this contrast?

Evil and good will meet their due outcomes, and it is only a matter of time

On December 2, 2005, the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture ended his field investigation in China. He stated at a press conference held in Beijing that "Torture in China remains widespread."

Media from various countries reported: Lawsuits against Jiang Zemin and CCP officials who participated in the persecution of Falun Gong have been filed around the world. Lawsuits against Jiang Zemin were filed in over ten countries and regions including the USA, Belgian, Spain, Germany, South Korea, Greece, Australia, Taiwan, New Zealand, Canada, Holland, Chili, Peru, etc., and 48 lawsuits concerning the persecution of Falun Gong are in processing in various places around the world. Jiang Zemin's accomplices such as Luo Gan, Zeng Qinghong, Li Lanqing, Zhao Zhifei, Liu Qi, Xia Deren, Bo Xilai, Song Fatang, Xu Youfang, Chen Zhili and Su Rong have also been brought to court in a number of countries. Among them, Zhao Zhifei, Liu Qi and Xia Deren have been delivered a guilty verdict. In November 2004, Su Rong, Party Secretary of the CCP Committee of Gansu Province was served with a lawsuit while visiting Zambia with a delegation. He had to stealthily cross the borders to flee back to China.

Heavenly principles are just. Good and evil will receive their due outcomes. Perpetrators that were used by the CCP and participated in atrocities have been cleared away batch after batch.

After the Cultural Revolution, for example, Deng Xiaoping asked Wang Zhen to execute a batch of police and military personnel who persecuted CCP veterans during the Cultural Revolution. After the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989, the military personnel who participated were put on the back shelf and were under surveillance for a long time. They had thought themselves loyal, since they simply obeyed CCP orders to slaughter students.

Jiang Zemin once sent his trusted followers to contact overseas Falun Gong practitioners and expressed, "You can execute the same number of police as Falun Gong practitioners who died during the persecution, as long as no lawsuits are filed against Jiang Zemin." Naturally, the request was refused.

Therefore, it is clear that the CCP will not act as a protection umbrella for those who commit such atrocities. All perpetrators will take responsibility for their crimes.

We hope that all friends who are engaged in media work will uphold justice, and we hope you and your colleagues will all have a good future.

Let us hope that Han Yuzhi and Liu Jizhi will soon be able to reunite with their families and wish that all Falun Gong practitioners and all the kind-hearted people will be able to live in a country where there is no more brutal dictatorship, but freedom of belief and freedom of keeping healthy, where people can breathe air filled with humanity, truthfulness and kindness. With the boundless sacrifice made by Falun Gong practitioners, we believe this day will not be too far away.
