Jianpo's Life in Danger Yang Jianpo, a Falun Dafa Practitioner from Langfang City, is illegally
detained in the Jidong Prison. He has been on a hunger strike for over 200
days to protest the persecution, and his life is in great danger. 2. [Zhibing, Hubei Province] Practitioner Lai Yongcai Illegally Sentenced to
Three Years of Forced Labor At about 11:00 p.m. on June 7, 2006, the local 610 Office
instigated police officers Min Jingsong and Ma Sihai and four other people from
Chebu Town, Chibi City, Hubei Province to arrest Falun Dafa practitioner Lai
Yongcai from Chebu Town. Lai Yongcai has been illegally sentenced to three years
in a forced labor camp. At present he is illegally detained at the Number 1
Custodial Station in Chibi City. Falun Dafa Practitioners Zhong Shoubang and Lei Shengping from Chibi City and
some other practitioners from other counties were also arrested. 3. [Inner Mongolia] Women's Forced Labor Camp in Huhehaote City Enslaves
Falun Dafa Practitioenrs The women's forced labor camp in Huhehaote City detains more than 200 Falun
Dafa practitioners. Practitioners are forced to work for 10 hours every day and
sometimes they have to work extra hours in the evening, making their workday 12
to 13 hours, or even 17 to 18 hours long. The labor camp extorts hundreds of
thousands of yuan profit from them each year. Some practitioners are locked up in confinement cells for brainwashing. They
are tortured and tormented with various methods, including being hung up, having
socks stuffed into their mouths, being subjected to severe sleep deprivation and
being forced to stand all day long. 4. [Wafangdian, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhang De Persecuted Zhang Shubo, a perpetrator in the Wafangdian Prison in Liaoning City,
viciously beat Falun Dafa Practitioner Zhang De several times, causing severe
physical injury. 5. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Homes of Falun Dafa Practitioners Li
Baoxing and Many Others Raided In the afternoon on September 18, 2006, police officers from the local 610
Office and the Public Security Bureau raided the homes of Falun Dafa
Practitioners Mr. Li Bao Xing, Ms. Jiang Zhizheng, Ms. Yi Cunxiu, Ms. Huang
Yunju and Ms. Liu. The practitioners were harassed and persecuted. 6. [Sunwu County, Helongjiang Province] Jiang Qiuju Illegally Sentenced to
Two Years of Forced Labor On May 5, 2006, when Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jiang Qiuju from Sunwu
County, Helongjiang Province was distributing truth-clarifying
materials in Yaotun Village, she was reported to the police. She was arrested by
the local police and illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor. Ms. Jiang
was sent to a forced labor camp in Qiqihar City. 7. [Xuanhua, Hebei Province] Zhao Yijun Illegally Detained When Falun Dafa practitioner Zhao Yijun, from Pangjiabao Township, Xuanhua
County, Hebei Province was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong in the train
station on September 17, 2006, the police illegally arrested her. She was sent
to the Fengzheng Custodial Station and detained for 15 days. Now they plan to
sentence her to two years of forced labor. 8. [Beijing] Falun Dafa Practitioner Zhao Illegally Arrested At about noon on September 30, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Zhao from the
Pinggu District, Beijing City was reported to the police and subsequently
arrested. The police broke into his home and confiscated Falun Dafa books and
all other Dafa materials. 9. [Inner Mongolia] Practitioners from Baotou City Illegally Arrested;
Truth-clarification Materials Production Sites Disrupted 10. [Beijing] Zhou Haiying Arrested and Sent to Brainwashing Center On September 25, 2006, the 610 Office in Changping District, Beijing City,
sent Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhou Haiying, a nurse at the Nankou Town
Hospital, to a brainwashing center. 11. [Yuncheng, Shandong Province] Pan Xiuzhi and Seven Other Practitioners
Arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Pan Xiuzhi, a retiree from Chengguan Town
Yuncheng County Shandong Province, lived in Yantai with her son. She returned to
Yuncheng County to visit relatives. On September 27, 2007, her relatives, old
classmates and several other Dafa practitioners went to her home to say good-bye
before she went back to Yantai. Claiming that Falun Gong practitioners had
illegally assembled, the director of the 610 Office in Yuncheng County and head
of the Public Security Bureau, Fan Guanjun ,sent a large number of policemen to
intercept them in the street. They illegally arrested eight people and detained
and secretly interrogated them. The practitioners have not yet been released,

the County Public Security Bureau: 86-13905305627 12. [Beijing] Lu Jie Illegally Detained in the Qinghe Custodial Station in
Haidian District Ms. Lu Jie, a Falun Dafa practitioner in her fifties, lived in the No. 1
Yuejiyuan Compound in Haidian District. At about 5:00 p.m. on September 26,
2006, seven or eight policemen from the Zhongguancun Police Station in Haidian
District broke into her home and confiscated her computer, printer, Falun Dafa
materials and Teacher's pictures. They forcibly arrested her and she is now
detained in the Qinghe Custodial Station in the Haidian District. 13. [Xiong County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Wen Bo Arrested On September 30, 2006 officers from the Shuangtang County government and
police station arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wen Bo from his home. He is
a simple peasant from Gonggang Village, Shuangtang Township, Xiong County, Hebei

[Guanghan, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Jiang Zifang Arrested Ms. Jiang Zifang, a Falun Dafa practitioner in her fifties, is from the No. 8
Production Brigade, Xigao Village, Guanghan County, Sichuan Province. At about
9:30 p.m. on September 21, 2006, when she was distributing truth-clarifying
materials on the streets of Majing Town, plainclothes police arrested her. The
corrupt officials from the governments of Guanhan City and Xigao Township and
the police station raided her home during the night and confiscated her copies
of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, Falun Dafa
books and truth-clarifying materials. Jiang Zifang is currently illegally
detained in the custodial station in Guanghan City. 15. [Tianjing City] Eight Practitioners Arrested On September 2006, Falun Dafa Practitioner Auntie Mo was hosting a group
Fa study with eight other practitioners at her home in the
Shinianlou Compound on Guangning Road, Hedong District, Tianjing City. Because a
neighbour reported them to the police, at about 11a.m., more than ten
plainclothes policemen from the Public Security Bureau in Hedong District and
the police station in Zhongshanmeng Area broke into her home and robbed the
eight practitioners of all their Falun Dafa books, materials and personal
property related to Dafa. They arrested them and drove them to the Zhongshanmeng
Police Station where they were detained and interrogated. Five of the practitioners have been released, but Ms. Han Huaifeng (68 years
old), Ms. Sheng Baoling (59 years old) and Ms. Yang are still detained. Han
Huaifeng is detained in the Custodial Station of the Public Security Bureau in
Hedong District, Tianjing City. Sheng Baoling is detained in the Custodial
Station of the Public Security Bureau in Hebei District, Tianjing City. 16. [Fuzhou, Fujian Province] Practitioner Zheng Wenxiu Arrested Ms. Zheng Wenxiu has been on a hunger strike to protest the persecution since
she was illegally arrested and sent to the Minhou Custodial Station on August 6,
2006. She was force-fed many times through a tube, and she has been given
injections many times. The jail staff used the largest needles and syringes to
inject the upper arms and forearms of practitioners with the liquid medicine as
quickly as possible. As a result, practitioners' arms became swollen instantly.
When the needles were pulled out, the medicine dripped from the puncture. Their
arms became so painful and bloated that it was extremely difficult to bear.
Practitioners' whole body became feverish and the arm muscles became painful and
sore. In the afternoon on September 5, the National Security Team transferred Zheng
Wenxiu from Minhou Custodial Station to Rujiang Forced Labor Camp. The police in
the labor camp saw that she could hardly breathe, was seriously dehydrated, and
her heart beat surpassed 140, so they dared not accept her. They temporarily
sent her home. 17. [Nanping, Fujian Province] Mr. Chen Jing Persecuted in Longyan Prison;
His Wife Missing Married couple Mr. Chen Jing and Ms. Huang Yin from Nanping Area, Fujian
Province were persecuted for their belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion and
Forbearance." Chen Jing was illegally sentenced by the local police and has
been persecuted in the Longyan Prison. Huang Yin, 40 years old, was forced to
become destitute and homeless to avoid persecution and arrest. Somebody saw her
once in 2001, but she has been missing since then.
