Persecution 2. [Liaoyuan, Jilin Province] Six Practitioners Arrested Dafa practitioners from Liaoyuan area, Jilin Province were arrested and sent
to a brainwashing center. Among them were: Ms. Wu Chunzhen, Ms. Shi Yanqiu, Ms.
Jiang Ruoling, Ms. Gu Yanqiu, Ms. Liu Dianzhu, an elderly lady, and Ms. Zhao
Chunmei, from Dongfeng County Hospital. 3. [Chongqing] Practitioner Zhou Jianzhong Illegally Arrested Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhou Jianzhong, who has been living away from home for
several years to avoid being persecuted, was illegally arrested on
August 2, 2006, while he was distributing Dafa truth-clarification
materials at Qiandongnanzhou, Guizhou Province. He is now being held at the
Jianhe County Detention Center in Qiandongnanzhou. 4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Huang Jian Arrested Mr. Huang Jian, 42, is a Dafa practitioner from Shuangji, Changyi Section,
Jilin City. On the evening of August 31, 2006, he was arrested while clarifying
the truth to people, and was sent to the Jilin City Third Detention Center to be
persecuted. 5. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Yang Xiuhua Illegally
Arrested On September 4, 2006, police from Lanjiaxiang Police Station arrested Ms.
Yang Xiuhua, a Dafa practitioner from Lanjiaxiang, Kuancheng Section, Changchun
City. 6. [Benxi, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Jiang Fuxiang Arrested On September 14, 2006, Benxi Dafa practitioner Jiang Fuxiang was reported to
police for clarifying the truth to people and was arrested. The police also
ransacked her home. 7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Yuzhen Arrested
in Early September 2006 8. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Sun Weizhen Arrested On the morning of September 15, 2006, officers from the Taoyuan Police
Station, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, arrested Ms. Sun Weizhen, 66, while
she was posting a banner declaring, "Falun Dafa is Good." The police
also ransacked her home. She is now being held at the Baifang Detention Center
in Dandon City. 9. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Sun Hongrui Arrested On August 22, 2006, police from Shuangchengpu County Police Station arrested
Mr. Sun Hongrui for distributing truth clarifying materials in Shuangchengpu
County, Gongzhuling City. He was sent to Gongzhuling City Detention Center on
August 24. 10. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Yu Changshun and Liu Qingtao Illegally
Sent to a Forced Labor Camp On August 2, 2006, Mr. Yu Changshun and Mr. Liu Qingtao, both from Jinzhou S
ection, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, were arrested. They have been detained
illegally at the Kaifaqu Detention Center. Mr. Yu Changshun became paralyzed
while in detention and cannot care for himself. Both practitioners were
sentenced to two years of forced labor and sent to the Dalian Correctional
Center. 11. [Dongfeng County, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Li Xiandong Arrested
Illegally On August 21, 2006, Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Xiandong, 36, from Sanhe
Township, Dongfeng County, Jilin Province was arrested. 12. [Tianjin City] Dafa Practitioner Yu Jinli Arrested On September 11, 2006, Dafa practitioner Yu Jinli from Xihengdi, Xiangyang
Road, Nankai Section, Tianjin City was arrested. 13. [Tianjin City] Dafa Practitioner Chen Yuanhua Persecuted On June 3, 2006, Dafa practitioner Chen Yuanhua, 55, from Ninghe County,
Tianjin City was arrested by the 610 Office and detained at the
Ninghe County Detention Center. 14. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Cao Xiaoyan Illegally
Detained On September 14, 2006, officers from the 610 Office and the National Security
Brigade of the Public Security Bureau in Dezhou City, Shandong Province broke
into Ms. Cao Xiaoyan's home. They coerced her into going to the public security
office and tried to force her to give up Dafa. After Ms. Cao refused their
demand, they imprisoned her at the Pingyuan County Detention. In the meantime,
they extorted money from her family by imposing a "fine." 15. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Qiu Jingrui Arrested On the evening of September 14, 2006, police arrested Fuluo Village Dafa
practitioners Mr. Qiu Jingrui and Ms. Qiu Yanting. The police ransacked their
home and extorted 3,500 yuan from them. They are now being detained
at the Anguo City Public Security Center. 16. [Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Guo Shuying Illegally
Tried The Zhangjiakou intermediate court heard the case of Dafa practitioner Ms.
Guo Shuying, who is from Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. She will be illegally
tried in Beijing. 17. [Baoding, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Li Jianping Arrested On the morning of September 15, 2006, while taking his child to school, Dafa
practitioner Mr. Li Jianping was arrested and sent to Baoding the very same day. Laiyuan County Party Committee: 86-312-7321123 18. [Pingyuan County, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Cao Yan
Arrested on September 13, 2006 19. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioners Yang Shiqing and
Pang Xinfang Arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Shiqing is a kindergarten teacher at Xinwang
Village, Wutu Township. On September 11, 2006, police from the Changle County
610 Office and Wutu County arrested her while she was teaching at school. They
went to her home and ransacked it before going to the school to arrest her. On
September 12, Dafa practitioner Ms. Pang Xinfang from the same village was also
arrested, and her home was ransacked as well. 20. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Han Famei Arrested At 8:30 p.m. on September 7, 2006, plain-clothed police officers arrested
Dafa practitioner Ms. Han Famei while she was clarifying the truth on Weizhou
Road. On September 8, they ransacked her home. 21. [Liaocheng, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioners Qiu Ling and Gui Lan
Arrested On August 23, 2006, police arrested Dafa practitioners Ms. Qiu Ling and Ms.
Gui Lan, from Xuzhuang Village, Shen County, Liaocheng, Shandong Province. The
practitioners are both in their 40's. They were reported for clarifying the
truth to people. The police also ransacked their home and detained them at the

(Cell) Shen County Police Station: 86-635-7751010 22. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioner Yang Chunlan Faces Severe Sentencing On June 7, 2005, the Huairou area National Security Bureau arrested Dafa
practitioner Ms. Yang Chunlan while she was clarifying the truth to people in
the Huairou area. She was then imprisoned at the Beijing Second Detention Center
at Dougezhuang, Zhaoyang section for more than 15 months. The court intends to
sentence her severely. Beijing Second Detention Center: 86-10-87395221 23. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioner Yang Peng Arrested On August 27, 2006, police from the Siji Shuguang Huayuan Police Station at
Haiding arrested Dafa practitioners Mr. Yang Peng, Ms. Wang Ying, Ms. Sun Peilan,
Ms. Song Fengxia, and an elderly practitioner. They are now being held at the

because he put up a truth-clarifying poster while he was in Changyuan on
business. 25. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Cao Wei Arrested and Home Ransacked 26. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Pan Liping Arrested On September 7, 2006, police from Huabei Petroleum Daoxi Police Station
arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Pan Liping, who worked for Huabei Petroleum in
Renqiu City, Hebei Province. She is being held at the Huabei Petroleum Detention
Center. 27. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Jianping Arrested 28. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Zou Xiaoqin Arrested On the afternoon of September 14, 2006, the 610 Office at Doumen Section,
Zhuhai City arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Zou Xiaoqon from Doumen Section,
Zhuhai City. She is now being held at the Sanshui Brainwashing Class in Foshan

(Cell) Ping Fengyou, Head of 610 Office at Doumen Section: 86-13902539658 (Cell) 29. [Wulumuqi, Xinjiang] Dafa Practitioner Fu Xianzhi Arrested On June 19, 2006, the criminal section of Toutun Public Security Branch
detained Dafa practitioner Ms. Fu Xianzhi from Wulumuqi, Xinjiang. She was later
sentenced to forced labor. 30. [Baise, Guangxi Province] Dafa Practitioner Huang Yixuan Arrested Again Between November 2000 and May 2004, Dafa practitioner Mr. Huang Yixuan was
arrested for distributing truth-clarifying materials and was sentenced to forced
labor. In August 2004, he was again imprisoned for more than one month for
distributing truth-clarifying materials. On the evening of September 13, 2006, police from the Baise 610 Office
arrested Mr. Huang and ransacked his home. Police took away his computer,
motorcycle, cell phone and a photo album. 31. [Chongqing] Dafa Practitioner Mao Qilan Arrested At about 10:00 a.m. on September 15, 2006, Ms. Mao Qilan, about 50, was
arrested after she was reported on for distributing truth-clarifying material in
the Chengbeixin area, Beibei Section, Chongqing. The police ransacked her home
and confiscated a large amount of Dafa truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Mao is
imprisoned at the Beibei Section Detention Center. 32. [Chongqing] Dafa Practitioners Xu Wenxiu and Ye Zongmei Arrested On September 11, 2006, police from Yuzhong area, Chongqing arrested Ms. Xu
Wenxiu and Ms. Ye Zongmei. 33. [Nanning City, Guangxi Province] Dafa Practitioner Li Jian Arrested At about 9:00 a.m. on August 16, 2006, police from Qingxiu Public Security,
Nanning City arrested Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Jian at his office. The police
ransacked his office and confiscated a computer, printer and Dafa materials.
Later, they ransacked his home and imprisoned him at the Nanning City First
Detention Center. 34. [Quiping City, Guangxi Province] Dafa Practitioner Liang Zhihua Arrested
Once Again On September 1, 2006, the 610 Office and the National Security Brigade from
Quiping City, Guangxi Province deceived Mr. Liang Zhihua into going to the
Public Security Bureau where he was detained under false charges. 35. [Huizhou, Guangxi Province] Fan Zhijun Severely Sentenced Ms. Fan Zhijun is from Hunan Province and is a physician in charge of the
Gynecology Department at Guangmeishan Hospital for railway employees. The
Huizhou Public Security Bureau arrested her in April 2005 and imprisoned her. In
September 2006, Fan Zhijun was illegally sentenced to 8 years in prison. 36. [Zaoyang City, Hubei Province] Xiong Shaoxu Arrested On September 11, 2006, Dafa practitioner Xiong Shaoxu from Wangcheng
Township, Zaoyang City, Hubei Province was arrested and imprisoned at the
Zaoyang Second Detention Center. 37. [Zhaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ten Dafa Practitioners Sent to Huludao
Correctional Center to be Persecuted Xidayingzi Forced Labor Camp at Zhaoyang City, Liaoning Province sent ten
Dafa practitioners to Huludao Correctional Center to further persecute them. Below are the names of those Dafa practitioners: Ms. WangYanhua from Batuyingzi Township, Beipiao City Phone numbers of Huludao City Correctional Center: Head Office: 86-429-3960700 38. [Xiangtan, Hunan Province] Dafa Practitioner Peng Xiaohong Sentenced to
Forced Labor On the morning of July 12, 2006, plain-clothes police officers from the
National Security Brigade, Yuhu Branch Public Security Bureau, arrested Dafa
practitioner Ms. Peng Xiaohong in Xiangtan and sent her to the Xiantan Detention
Center. On August 12, 2006, she was sent to the Baima Forced Labor Camp in
Zhuzhou, Hunan Province for a one-year sentence. 39. [Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Jie Mingyi Illegally
Arrested On the afternoon of September 10, 2006, Zhang Fuhao, the head of Mujia County
Police Station, led personnel from Liaoyang National Security Brigade and
arrested Dafa practitioner Mr. Jie Mingyi. 40. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Dafa Practitioner Wang Minglan Arrested and
Sent to Yangyuan Brainwashing Center 41. [Guangdong Province] Sixth Grade Teaching Materials Being Used to Slander
Dafa The "Self-Immolation" incident created by the Chinese Communist
Party is being incorporated into the sixth grade textbook ("Moral Character
and Society," page 7, Vol. I) in Guangdong Province. The fabricated
"Self-Immolation" and the story of the girl victim, Liu Siying, are
being used to poison the minds of school children.
