(Clearwisdom.net) Since Jiang Zemin launched the persecution of Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials from the Police and Political and Judiciary Systems in Guangdong Province have executed that policy for the past seven years. For their own personal gain and regardless of their consciences, they continue to commit many bad deeds that go against the Heavenly laws.

The Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG) will expose the crimes of the CCP to the world. Those who have committed crimes against Falun Gong will not escape their punishments. We will clarify the truth of the persecution and help all kind-hearted people see through the evil nature of the CCP and thus not be deceived by its propaganda.

Ms. Li Huiping, 45, was a member of the Guangdong Public Security Office No. 9 Division. She used to suffer from a heart problem and pulmonary emphysema. However, after she began practicing Falun Gong in early 1996, her diseases disappeared and she became healthier, both physically and mentally. Her family environment also became more harmonious.

In August 1999, under the CCP's brutal persecution, the political commissioner of the State Security Bureau in the Guangdong Public Security Office, Deputy Chief Guo Tieying, and Guangdong Public Security Office Director Sheng Jianfen colluded to persecute practitioners by forcing them to attend brainwashing sessions. Practitioners Ms. Li Huiping, Mr. Li Fangsong, Wu Chongbiao, Luo Hailing, and Wang Quanhong were all subjected to brainwashing. After 20 days of mental and physical torture, Ms. Li Huiping suddenly died in the middle of September. She was the first practitioner to be persecuted to death in Guangdong Province. It has been said that Guo Tieying used to be a secret agent and that he is the responsible person for Ms. Li's death.

Mr. Li Fangsong, about 60 years old, was Ms. Li Huiping's husband. He used to be the director of the Public Security Office No. 9 Division, Guangdong Province. In June 2006, Mr. Li went to Tiananmen Square to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong and to proclaim, "Falun Dafa is great!" As a result, he was "illegally detained." After a month of detention, Mr. Li was then transferred to the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp for further persecution. During this time he was fired from his job by the chief of the provincial Public Security Office, Liang Guoju, and the leader of the Public Security Office No. 9 Division, Guo Tieying. He lost all his benefits. In July 2001, under enormous pressure, Mr. Li's 90-year-old father jumped from a second floor balcony and seriously injured himself. He soon passed away in grief. For wanting to be a truthful, compassionate and tolerant person, Mr. Li has lost his family members and is still being persecuted by the CCP.

Ms. Xie Kunxiang, 54, was a policewoman at the Xingang Street Police Station in the Haizhu District, Guangdong Province. In late 2000, she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was consequently fired. She was also forced to leave home by her husband, who was encouraged by a Haizhu District 610 Office agent, Wen Chunlan. Although Ms. Xie led a difficult life, she still persisted in practicing Falun Gong.

On August 3, 2004, Ms. Xie was reported to the authorities when she was distributing truth-clarification materials and taken to the Haizhu District Detention Center. On April 12, 2005, she was sentenced to three and a half years by Haizhu District Court. The officials in charge were He Wencong and Wen Chunlan. In early 2006, she was imprisoned at Guangzhou Women's Prison. The prison guard faked a hospital record that Ms. Xie had a mental disorder, justifying injecting her with different unknown drugs. They also drew her blood against her will many times.

In June 2006, she was detained at the Chatou Forced Labor Camp and subjected to cruel treatments that included severe beatings, being forced to stand under the scorching sun for a long period of time, being hung up with her hands shackled behind her back, mental persecution, sleep deprivation, and being force-fed with a mixture of water and chili pepper. As a result, she became so emaciated that she was only skin and bones.

Ms. Li Lan, about 40, was a policewoman in Guangshen Company, Dongzhan Police Station in Guangzhou City. After she began practicing Falun Gong, she received much praise for her good work performance. After July 20, 1999, Ms. Li was fired by the Dongzhan Police Station and tortured in a brainwashing center because she persisted in the practice. In early 2005, she was reported while she was clarifying the truth to someone at her original workplace. Her husband, the deputy director of Dongzhan Police Station, was implicated. He had to leave his position and divorce her.

Mr. Li Yujiu, about 60 years old, was a director of the Fire Section of the Tianhe Public Security Branch in Guangzhou City. After practicing Falun Gong, he worked honestly and diligently, and his job performance was outstanding. He also received many awards.
In July 2000, he was forced to quit his job. Without any source of income, he had to rely on his relatives' support. After November 2004, the Tianhe District Government only issued 20,000 yuan each year as living expenses with no other welfare for medical care or insurance. The CCP denied Mr. Li the substantial retirement pension of a government official. Li Xueguang, the deputy director of the Entry/Exit Section of Tianhe Pubic Security Branch, persecuted Mr. Li in order to get a promotion. He suddenly died from a disease in 2001.

Ms. Lin Shan, over 30, was a Guangan Dasha Secretary of the Youth League of the provincial Public Security Office. After July 20, 1999, she persisted in practicing Falun Gong and went to appeal in Beijing. She was then illegally arrested, taken back to Guangzhou City, and forced to quit her job by the provincial Public Security Office.

Ms. Zhao Ying, over 30, was a member of the provincial Public Security Office. She went to appeal for Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, and was taken back to Guangzhou City. The provincial Public Security Office forced her to quit her job and illegally confiscated her house. Ms. Zhao's father was over 60 years old. He had retired as a department director of the provincial Public Security Office. He also persisted in practicing after the CCP began to persecute Falun Gong. He suffered persecution after shouting "Falun Gong is great" in Tiananmen Square.

Ms. Li Meiping, around 40 years old, was a judge and a deputy presiding judge of Meijiang District Court in Meizhou City. She went to appeal for Falun Gong after July 20, 1999, and was detained two times. On December 31, 1999, she was arrested and sent to Qinghuang Detention Center in Meizhou City because she gathered Meizhou City practitioners to do group practice. In 2000, she was sent to Sanshui Forced Labor Camp for three years of forced labor. On November 14, 2004, she was arrested again. In 2005, the Meijiang District Procuratorate and Court in Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, sentenced her to five years in prison and held her in Guangzhou Women's Prison. She suffered cruel tortures such as sleep deprivation, being hung, and severe beatings that resulted in a slipped disc and cervical vertebra proliferation.

Mr. Xie Chunfeng, in his 20s, was a judge of the Shantou Middle Court. After he went to appeal in Beijing on July 20, 1999, he was arrested and sent to Shantou Mental Hospital for persecution. He was injected with large dosages of psychotropic drugs, which were harmful to his central nervous system, threatening his life. Only when his family discovered his situation and protested did the perpetrators stop the "medical treatment." He was then transferred to Sanshui Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong City for two years of forced labor. From March 25 to September 13, 2003, Mr. Xie was severely persecuted for the second time in the labor camp. He was not allowed to sleep, sit, brush his teeth, wash his face, or take a bath for a long period time. He was also forced to squat for long hours that caused his feet to swell and he was unable to walk. When he was confined in a solitary cell, the guards shocked him with five to eight ten- to fifteen-thousand volt batons for two hours twice each day. The labor camp officials arranged four to eight inmates to deal with one practitioner. Mr. Xie's body and mind became seriously damaged.

Ms. Hao Biyun, around 30 years old, was a relative of the Public Security official. Several times, she was taken to brainwashing sessions in the Public Security Bureau in the Haizhu District, Guangdong Province. Her husband, a public security official, was forced to divorce her. Ms. Hao had no other choice but to seek protection from the International Refugee Organization overseas.

There were two other police officers, one from a police station in Zhuhai and the other from a detention center in Chaozhou. They were also detained at Sanshui Forced Labor Camp, Guangdong Province.

We advise those who still persecute practitioners: "Don't lose all your senses and don't ignore your consciences by saying that you are 'executing a superior's orders.'"
