(Clearwisdom.net) In March 2006, my daughter's friend, whose husband once worked for the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) military, came to visit my family. As soon as she sat down, she started to tell us what she experienced when she visited Hong Kong. She said, "Wherever I went, I saw Falun Gong practitioners handing out truth-clarification materials to people." She also told us that a practitioner tried to hand several truth-materials to her, but she was so afraid that she only took one booklet. When she took the booklet, her hand was shaking and she immediately put it in her bag without daring to read it. She was frightened to death. She said the only reason she took it was because my daughter had told her that Falun Gong was very good.

I asked her, "What were you afraid of? Falun Gong is good. You have a good predestined relationship with Dafa and therefore had a chance to receive the truthful material. Reading the truth-clarifying material can be good for you. Please read it." I also told her, "Don’t be afraid of Falun Gong. Falun Dafa is a righteous Fa and it is great. Whatever you have heard about Falun Gong from the CCP is only hate propaganda used to deceive people. Let me share with you my experiences of practicing Falun Gong. It has been 10 years since I first began practicing in 1996. Before that, my health was very poor. I suffered from all kinds of diseases, including gastritis that made it difficult to eat. Everyday I was fatigued. Look at me now! Not only am I healthy, but I'm also in very good spirits. I turned into a completely different person from before. These are the benefits that I have experienced since I started to practice Falun Gong."

She asked me, "Why were the programs about Falun Gong on television so scary? Are they true?" I told her that the Tiananmen Square Self-immolation Incident she saw on television was false. It was was created by the former dictator, Jiang Zemin, and his gang, Luo Gan and Zeng Qinghong, in order to deceive people and carry out their persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. A practitioner cannot kill a life, not to mention committing suicide. Many people have been deceived by the "self-immolation incident" and think that it was real. Therefore, they hate and are afraid of Falun Gong.

She said, "That is true. We all thought the 'self-immolation incident' was real because it was a live broadcast on China Central Television (CCTV)." I told her, "You have been deceived by the lies. The people who self-immolated were not Falun Gong practitioners. The CCP used the incident to frame Falun Gong. We practitioners have been persecuted for seven years now. Let me tell you that Falun Dafa is the Buddha Fa. Falun Gong practitioners cultivate according to 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.' Jiang's gang and all the people who have participated in the persecution will meet with retribution. It is a rule of heaven that evil will be punished while kindness will be rewarded."

I later changed the topic to the corruption and degeneration of the CCP. I asked her if she had read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. She replied that she had never heard of it. I told her, "The Nine Commentaries was published on The Epoch Times website in 2004 and has been translated into many different languages. Many people around the world have read it, including many of our Chinese people. I can give you one. This is a great book that explains everything that the common people haven't dared to say. You young people have not experienced any of the CCP's "movements," such as the Great Cultural Revolution, where landlords, capitalists, and others were killed; the massacre of students during the June 4 Tiananmen Democratic Movement in 1989; and now the persecution of Falun Gong. The CCP kills people without blinking an eye. Over 80 million people have been persecuted to death since the CCP came into power. In order to carry out this persecution of Falun Gong, Jiang Zemin took 8.5 billion yuan from the state treasury. Whether the government officials are of high or low rank, most are corrupt. They take the state's money and put it into their own pockets. The crimes committed by the CCP have reached a peak. Now Heaven wants to eliminate the CCP. Whoever is still a member of the CCP and its organizations must withdraw from them. They need to remove any mark that the CCP has put on them."

She told me that she was no longer a member of the Young Pioneers. She had joined it when she was very young. I said, "You never announced your withdrawal from the Young Pioneers, so you are still a particle of the Communist Party. It is very dangerous if you don't withdraw from the CCP. Is it worth it to be buried with Jiang Zemin just because you are still a member of the Young Pioneers!" As soon as I finished what I had to say, she said, " I am withdrawing from it now." I then said, "Please remember that Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is good. If you always remember this in your heart, you will have a wonderful future."

In order to further clarify the truth, I also let her watch the VCDs "Traveling Between Heaven and Earth Through Wind and Rain" and New Tang Dynasty's Global Chinese New Year Gala. After watching the videos, she completely woke up and knew the truth. She said, "The CCP is so evil. What it has said are all lies. It has deceived many of us." When she left, she also took a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party with her.

When she visited my family again in April, she actually asked me for some truth-clarification materials. During that time, the senior military doctor in Shenyang City was exposing the crimes of the CCP's harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. I printed out many pages of information from the Internet to let her read. After reading them, she started to severely condemn the evil crimes committed by the CCP. Later, she told me that she had also persuaded her husband to withdraw from the CCP. I told her, "That is great! People will have a wonderful future after they learn the truth."
