On Saving Money

(Clearwisdom.net) Due to the persecution by the Chinese Communist Party, people in Mainland China do not have a sense of safety. Thus they have formed the habit of saving money. What's more, this habit has become part of their nature. This phenomenon is especially serious among Dafa practitioners, particularly in those families where one of the spouses is a non-practitioner. I feel that it is also a form of persecution by the old forces, from the financial perspective. As a result, Dafa practitioners often run into financial problems in the process of truth clarification. They live very frugally but have a lot of money in their savings accounts. I think that as Dafa practitioners, we should first change our own mentalities, eliminating this attachment, and send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate this type of persecution. We should understand that our money is meant for Fa-rectification and should be used where it is needed most. As soon as the Fa-rectification comes to an end in the near future, money will become useless. "Money" is also a being that may not want to be kept in a bank, but wants to play a positive role in Fa-rectification.

Of course, we should not go to the extremes and bring trouble to our families and our lives which would also affect our cultivation practice and truth clarification.
