A Farmer's Cultivation Experience

(Clearwisdom.net) I am an ordinary farmer in Shandong Province. I would like to share my experiences in cultivating Falun Dafa.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has brainwashed me since childhood. I was said to have been "born in the new society and grown up under the red flag." I had to learn the song of "Dong Fang Hong" (Red Oriental). On the first day of school, I was told that there is "no new China without the Communist Party." The CCP culture was deeply instilled in my mind. Although I was audacious and stubborn, I never dared to disobey the CCP. Gradually, I became an atheist who never doubted the CCP propaganda.

My wife had been a steadfast practitioner before the persecution began in July 1999. At the time, I was a die-hard CCP follower and strongly opposed my wife practicing Falun Gong. I swore at and and beat her, and I burned some Falun Gong materials. I committed crimes against Dafa.

Not long after, I was diagnosed with a malignant cancer. It was God's punishment for my sins. I was in such desperation that I considered committing suicide. Keep in mind that as a an ordinary Chinese farmer, I could never have afforded the terribly expensive medical treatment.

My wife and benevolent practitioners persuaded me to practice Falun Gong. To fight cancer, I tried Falun Gong. I began to read the book Zhuan Falun, and I realized that Dafa was very profound. Dafa can elevate morality, improve the mind, and guide us to return to our true selves. I understood everything and decided to follow my cultivation path arranged with righteous thoughts and deeds.

Soon I did not need any more medicine. Cultivating Falun Dafa has given me a second life. I vowed to do well the three things required by Teacher.

Besides studying the Fa and doing the exercises, I clarify the truth to other farmers who are marginalized and poisoned by the CCP. Several of these farmers have started practicing Falun Gong upon learning the truth and mighty power of Dafa.
