Holland: After Learning the Truth, the People of Heerlen Condemn the CCP's Atrocities

(Clearwisdom.net) On October 21, 2006, in Heerlen in Holland, Falun Gong practitioners held a demonstration disclosing the CCP's trade in organs harvested from live Falun Gong practitioners. They set up a photo exhibition exposing how the CCP persecutes Falun Gong practitioners by torturing them. At the same time, practitioners demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises.

Saturday is the main shopping day in Heerlen and bustling crowds passed by in an endless stream. Many people were shocked by practitioners' reenactment of surgery to remove organs from living victims. They couldn't help but stop and wanted to know what was going on. One after another they signed practitioners' petition calling on the Dutch government to help stop the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP.

An elderly lady from Holland told a practitioner, "I read newspapers for three hours every day. I am very much concerned with the issue of human rights in China. I think that solving the issue of Falun Gong is an urgent affair." Finally, she signed the petition with tears in her eyes.

A Chinese person with a very good reputation locally, together with his family, came to the front of the reenactment, asking for materials about Falun Gong and the persecution. He said, "I know that the CCP is persecuting Falun Gong. But I never imagined that the persecution would be so severe." He continued, "We are so lucky overseas that we can read and watch reports by independent media such as New Tang Dynasty TV and The Epoch Times. We can receive information which is blocked in China such as SARS in China. I remember it very well. I feel even more worried; I was told that bird flu is still spreading in China. "

A young couple who have known for a long time about practitioners' efforts to expose the persecution came to sign the petition, together with their mother. They said: "We have an opportunity of doing what we should do at last." They also told the practitioner, "My brother is very much interested in Falun Gong. He has also bought books. He has been learning and doing the exercises the whole summer. He has also downloaded from websites some articles disclosing the CCP's organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, given them to his friends and sent them to the Prime Minister of Holland with his signature.
